Thank you I hope you do too. I bought myself a new top the other day, tried it on today and even though I can get in it, boobs fit where it should and I can do it up with no problems. It is too big for my shoulders and boobs! typical. Daily weigh in shows a gain of 2lbs and today only had 220 calories which is it for today. Official weigh in tomorrow, will be happy if I'm 11st 10lbs but I doubt it lol

Well I did something naughty, I did the shred on a down day! Of course I ate a little bit more (300 cal) but if it works on the scales tomorrow I might do shred everyday! Crazy I know but if it helps me tone and lose inches then I'm all for it! Obviously I won't run myself down and if I don't feel like I can do it then I won't.

Do you know what, I often feel more like exercising on a dd than an up day!!! The house is empty.... Will I give it a go??

I shred on dd, first thing in morning though. And I feel fine, I dunno if it's cos I done so long on vlcd I'm used to such low intake and body knows how to use energy. I have came to realise, with a bang, running aswell is not a good idea!! I am with u on the toning x

I wish I could do it first thing in the morning but with a wake up call from a toddler it's no good lol he fell asleep on the sofa today so was able to do the shred at 6 instead of 7:30 it could be that your used to low calories lol do you normally eat more on a down day after you've done the down day? How is the running going? I've just come to a point that I'd like to lose inches rather than pounds but obviously would like to get to as close to 9stone than I can without looking ill

Lol my 2 and 3 year olds do it with me! And the baby tries to climb all over me. They think it is hilarious! I have tried not to eat but it just made ne fail, I think eating it limit is better for u to start with and work towards fasting. Running is great, doing the c25k program and it is so motivating. I have quite a bit to lose still, 3 stone but I wanna let my body catch up with my loss before I embark on another major loss. Wanna just chip away at weight for a little while and blast the fitness.... X

You sound exactly like me in reeds to the fitness lol, I have nearly 3 stone to go too. How is the c2k programme? Lol my little one would just laugh at me! Xxx

True at the final cardio blitz lol it's like slowwww down! She even has the cheek to say everyone can do them. I sometimes do have a 2 sec breather or a sip of water
