Getting back in zone, to loose for good!!

Day 1 of SW


B-fast - Alpen with skimmed milk
Lunch - Speghetti on 2 small slices of WW w/meal toast
Dinner - Large Jacket Pot, herb salad with beans and coleslaw (2 syns) and 2 Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles.

Snacks - Celery, Strawberries and Blackberries with Very Low Fat Yogurt

Activities: Gym (walking on treadmill for 15 mins and bike for 15 mins, plus arm weights) and swimming 26 lengths

So far so good...

Hello MF..I just PM'd KD and asked her to move it to SW, lol.. Will see how it goes in there and may need to move it to Members instead.

I'm just following my old optomising book for now and know its changed, but low in funds so needs must.. Will do 2 green days on and then 1 red on.. Hope that will shift a cpl of pounds, lol. xx

So far so good..

Bfast - Berries, banana and yogurt
Lunch - Jacket with Cottage cheese and Sweetcorn
Used 2 of my A's with skimmed milk, made capaccino's :)
dinner - making Speg, seafood arabiata (think thats how you spell it, lol) :D ,100g prawns (1 of my B's), Pasata, chili and, roasted mush and peppers, with fresh basil and Speghetti.

Working all night tonight so will take the batchelors 99%fat free noodles with me and have bought some fresh mango to munch on too.

My diary was moved but not sure where to, lol.. need to change the title, but need top find what forum its on first before I change it.. Looked on SW and looked on Members only.. but so far can't see it..

Just had my dinner and made (trial and error as you do ;) ).. Speghtti Arabiata, think thats how you spell it. Very nice that I posted up recipe on forum recipe's.

Didn't know what to do with my syns today so having a small pack of toffee popcorn for 5.5 and will save some (as did yesterday) for my birthday night out next week.

Working all night so have some noodles to keep me going if needed plus some fresh mango too.

Thanks for that.. beer related incidents, lol.. did make me laugh ;).

Weekend was good, stayed on plan, enjoyed eating, lol and even managed to save 5 syns each day to have for my bday night out tomorrow. I have peeped at scales and so far am 4lb down :). REally happy with that even if thats all it will be til Thursday when I WI.

Good weekend and stayed on track, saved 5 syns all week, so have 20 extra plus 5 todays for my birthday dinner out tomorrow eve :). Just been enjoying eating, fruit, salad, different veg and pasta and jackets..

Day 5
b-fast - Mango and Muller light vanilla yogurt
Lunch - Super noodles 99% fat free, chicken chilli
Dinner - Pasta in sauce with small jacket

Using one of my HE A's for semi skimmed milk allowance, teas and coffees etc.

Will add some chicken to my pasta tonight and enjoy some toast and marmite too :)

Off to TGI's tomorrow for my birthday (21 again ;) ), so will have 35 syns to use up.

Hoping its going to be ok for rest of week, but feeling positive so fingers crossed.
 
Well.. yesterday set out very well.. then my friend asked me over for a pre birthday drink, how could I say no! So off I went, only had one as driving, but ordered a chineese and had singapore chow mein, guess that must have been 8 syns. Then went home and at 12am, opened a bottle of cava and drank a glass of it for my birthday, all on my own, lol.. Don't know why I did that, but OH is humpy at the moment and didn't want that around me, so supppose that was it and hey.. it's my birthday, so its allowed right? So I would say I consumed 13 syns last night -not good as only on 10 :(.

Out again this eve.. to TGI's for my bday, not gonna have desert but will have starters and a main. Will use all of my 10 allowance from today plus have saved 25 - 3 from my use of booze last night.. leaves me with 22 + todays, not bad then.. 32 to have for this eve plus free food.

Day 6 on SW
Alpen (B) with skimmed milk (A)
Lunch - Chicken Salad - pub lunch
Dinner - don't know but something nice :)
A big cocktail to wash it all down with ;)

Good morning ;)

I am shattered this morning, slept ok, but seem to wake up lately so tired.

Had a great night at TGI'slast night, and didn't dare count how many syns, I had 5 cocktails :D.. but one thing is for sure, it was all delicious. WI day tomorrow..So having a syn free day today:

Day 7
b-fast - 2 weetabix (HE B), milk from HE A
Lunch - Cheese & Brocoli Pasta and sauce
Dinner - 113g Pork (HE B), Roasted sweet Potatoe, Red Pepper and green beans and sweetcorn

3 cups of tea, milk taken from HE A allowance

Snacks - Apple, Vanilla Mullerlight, fruit cocktail, small sushi from tesco, Skinny Capaccino (milk from HE A allowance)

2 litres of water
