Getting back in zone, to loose for good!!

Thanks T.. B4 I really went to town on food last night and the cocktails, I was looking at 5 lb, hoping to chip that to 6lb.. peeped on scales this morning, and looks like just 4.5, so gained half a pound since last night. Will be good and no syns for me if I can help it.. lots of water and I should see that half a pound go, thats the aim anyway :). Might get to gym too and have a work out.. xxx
 
Only for the next week and then the 10th May, I'll be able to go to group, there is one around the corner, on Monday's, but this one is bank hols, so I'll carry on as I am.. I think because we aren't restricted to not eating or eating a very small meal, as was CD, there isn't that panic or worrying about going out or eating with the kids. I get so much support on here, so its working ok to do it at home for now anyway. But you know how it is, we all hit walls and thats where the group comes in.. x
 
Stood on the scales at home this morning and -4lb lighter :). Was kind of hoping for a better loss the 1st week, but justifying it.. I was out on Tues night, downing cocktails and eating choc cake, so what can I expect, lol.

Day 8
Alpen (HEB) Skimmed milk (HEA)
Sandwich (shop bought) will find out what syns are in that
Fruit cocktail
Dinner - Gonna try out the KFC chicken recipe on here.
 
SW kind of went out of the picture on friday, saturday and hey.. it just carries on today and tomorrow, with the family and friends over for BBQ. So have to begin again on Tuesday with 3 days on CD, to correct then wrongs I've done, lol.. Might stay on that then til Tuesday following week, when I can get to SW Group. Have some spare shakes and may as well use them up..

Had a fab day yest, ordered some new garden furniture from Range, good deal too :). Then up London with OH, a few pubs at Leicester Square, Chineese in China Town and then Comedy night in Leicester Square Theatre :). Normal day today, washing, ironing and cooking shep pie for a change, getting fed up with roast dinner on Sundays. Have some Pork to marinade for the BBQ tomorrow a bit later too.

So thats my day.. gonna leave posting now til Tuesday,
 
Non SW or Diet day..

With the BH weekend now out of the way, I've so much food left from the BBQ yesterday.. that I have to get rid of it.. All flans and cheesecakes thrown in bin :).. but cooking the family chicken curry tonight and will have that with them. Back to the plan tomorrow and debating on doing a few days CD'ing.. to get back on track, then SW from Thurs onwards.. Not sure yet, but need to decide by this eve, so I can plan tomorrow and Wed's meals..
 
Trials and errors.. about sums it up today..

Popped on scales this morning :scale:, really needed to get back on target and needed that shock I think.. and BOY did I get it :eek: !!! Put on 5lb in less then a week!! I'm P'd off big time :break_diet:, and know why it happened!

Birthday night out started it off :wave_cry:, leading to Fri night with a boozey night out and chineese meal :sigh:, and then Saturday another Chineese meal :eek: and booze.. Sunday, not too bad, Shep Pie and a bottle of wine :eek: (who am I kidding, lol) all topped off with Monday Bank Hol BBQ and more booze and crisps thrown in and then yest, a chicken curry and a bottle of cider!! So there we have it.. thats where the 5lb went on :busted:.

So.. decisions, decisions :gen147:. So here goes..

Tomatoe and Herb Mug Shot for my 11's and pasta and sauce for my 2pm lunch, lol.. Gonna do Speg Carbonarra later with quark,laughing cow lights and some ham and mushrooms and lots of Black Pepper :D. Food today, and lots of the free stuff and then nothing but CD milkshakes for the week from tomorrow:confused:.

Good for you mate

I daren't even document what went into my mouth last week - you would be shocked, but most of it I didn't even enjoy .. but once I started I just didn't seem to be able to stop ...

Anyway today is another day and at least you have taken the first step and got yourself weighed - good for you

Just keep on posting on here and the time will fly by !
