getting back to target - one day at a time

Not been on much yesterday, so sorry I missed it was your birthday! Hope you had a great day xxx
 
Thank you both, had a great day but ate a little too much. Can't get weighed this Tuesday so hoping that a good week from Tuesday onwards will cancel out the badness from this week lol, but still going to try and be good where I can and not go too crazy.
 
That's my view...


Decided on mashed squash instead of roast and threw some jalepeno's in there as well, was lovely (early for lunch I know but at work in half an hour and need to get the pots done and want to get ready and go for a run straight away when I get back from work... so only time I could squeeze lunch in.
 
Today's plan - Green

Breakfast - banana, orange, apple, pear and muller light
Lunch - mild curry savoury rice (would have had veg in it but had it made in food flask for travelling back home)
Tea - veg and quorn curry with rice
Snacks - 2 aldi cereal bars (HEB) apple and cheese (HEA) scan bran cake (HEB) topped with chocolate philli (6 syns) and mixed berries, milk in drinks (HEA) small mars bar (4 syns) pineapple
 
EE Today :D

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel pasta salad
Tea - pulled pork with chips and fried veg (mushrooms, onions and tomatoes)
Snacks - pear, orange, crabsticks, milk in drinks (HEA), picnic (11.5 syns), 2 aldi 70cal cereal bars (HEB)
 
Thursdays plan - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - tuna pasta salad
Tea - sticky chicken thighs with chips and fried mushrooms, onions and tomatoes
Snacks - pear, orange, scan bran cake (HEB) with chocolate philli (6 syns) with mixed berries, curly wurly (6 syns) crabsticks
 
Thank you, seems like ages until Tuesday, if I don't get a good result I'll have to remind myself that although this week was good I didn't weigh last week and that was horrendous lol.
 
Thanks, expecting to still be out of target but hoping not too far out and would be VERY happy if I were somehow back in... can't remember how far out I was to be fair.


Slight change of plan with today as well... still had the sticky chicken thighs but we bought some peppers so had them stuffed with aldi couscous (1 syn) and the fried veg.

Tomorrow (Friday) will be green

Lunch - syn free jalepeno hummus with 4 ryvita (HEB) cucumber and tomatoes
Tea - Quorn chilli with jacket potato and salad, topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - bakewell hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) curly wurly (6 syns) cadbury mini ice-cream (6.5 syns) orange, pear, apricot, grapes, syn free pancakes with banana and mixed berries

Changed plan for today as well... haha EE now, will update properly later as not sure what I'm using my syns on yet, will decide as and when I use them
 
How today panned out - EE

Snacks - 2 ryvita (1/2 HEB) topped with banana and chocolate philli (6 syns) milk in drinks (HEA) cadbury mini ice-cream (6.5 syns) orange, pear, apricot, grapes, syn free pancakes with banana and mixed berries, crabsticks
 
I sort of just threw it together, tin of chickpea's thrown into the blender with a little of the juice from the can, jalepeno's, red pepper, lemon juice and a little natural yogurt... oh and some spices (cumin whatever) all wizzed up.... sorry I don't do recipe's very well much more of a trial and error but its lovely and you can change the recipe slightly for different flavours ect.

Tea - prawn curry and rice
Snacks - hifi bakewell bar (HEB) 1/2 Cadbury Easter egg (13.5 syns) milk in drinks (HEA) orange, pear, syn free pancakes with banana and mixed berries
 
10 weeks until the holiday! (not booked yet but that should change tomorrow) crunches have started again today, 50 normal and 50 side ones... is 10 weeks long enough to get a lovely toned tummy for my new bikini? lol

Tea - beef frajita mix with chips and mexican rice
Snacks - pork, onion and pepper kebabs, chicken from the bbq, salad, corn on the cob, curly wurly (6 syns) snickers flapjack (8 syns) bakewell hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA), pear, orange, banana

Lunch - jalepeno hummus with 2 ryvita (1/2 HEB) and tomatoes
Tea - Quorn chilli with wedges and cheese (HEA)
Snacks - New Casbury with popping candy bar (will check syns before eating) hifi light (1/2 HEB) Hifi bakewell (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) orange, pear

WI today as well, will probably be still out of target but really hoping I'm not.... will know how much weight I have to loose before the holiday this evening though... at least it will give me a target in my head.
