Really enjoyed our run today

Today's plan - EE
Breakfast - rice pudding with apple and kiwi, banana
Lunch - omelette and beans
Tea - pizza topped chicken (HEA) with chips and veg (not decided yet whether we're having fried veg or steamed veg, will see what boyfriend fancies as I don't really care)
Snacks - bakewell hifi bar (HEB) running gel (4 syns) lion bar (10.5 syns) orange, pear, syn free pancakes with banana and mixed berries
Tomorrows plan - EE
Breakfast - pineapple, apple, kiwi, banana and yogurt
Lunch - leek and potato soup
Tea - fish, chips and mushy pea's with a wholemeal roll (HEB plus 1 syn) might do some fried veg with this as well
Snacks - crunchy (9.5 syns) orange, pear, syn free pancakes with mixed berries, milk in drinks (HEA) crabsticks
