EE Today

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, passion fruit, kiwi and yogurt
Lunch - mackerel and potato salad
Tea - seafood paella
Snacks - 1 hifi light and 1 aldi harvest morn 70cal cereal bar (HEB) either skimmed or soya milk (HEA) 1/2 Cadbury Easter egg (13.5 syns) orange, pear, plum, crabsticks, rice pudding with mixed berries and banana

Tomorrow - Green

Breakfast - Porridge with apple and kiwi (HEB)
Lunch - leek and potato soup
Tea - mixed bean pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
Snacks - Orange, pear, pineapple, rice pudding with berries, milk in drinks (HEA) 2 ryvita fruit crunch (HEB) with chocolate philli (6 syns) and banana, mix of fruit from graze (5.5 syns)

Just hope I have time to make the soup in the morning otherwise I'll have to have a quick change of plan.... should be okay though


also might have lentil lasagne instead of the pasta bake... can't decide so will ask boyfriend what he fancies

Still have about 2 more portions of it left as well. And thank God, seems like its been such a long week :)

Yeah days always fly when you're off, I haven't had a bad day, got a few job applications in, work wasn't too bad either. Just sat watching the avengers now with little one and boyfriend :)

Just planning a lazy weekend this weekend too (well apart from my 12 mile run I'm doing with my mum lol)

Breakfast - rice pudding with apple and kiwi, banana
Lunch - omelette and beans
Tea - pizza topped chicken (HEA) with chips and veg (not decided yet whether we're having fried veg or steamed veg, will see what boyfriend fancies as I don't really care)
Snacks - bakewell hifi bar (HEB) running gel (4 syns) lion bar (10.5 syns) orange, pear, syn free pancakes with banana and mixed berries




Tomorrows plan - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, kiwi, banana and yogurt
Lunch - leek and potato soup
Tea - fish, chips and mushy pea's with a wholemeal roll (HEB plus 1 syn) might do some fried veg with this as well
Snacks - crunchy (9.5 syns) orange, pear, syn free pancakes with mixed berries, milk in drinks (HEA) crabsticks
 
Went to a carboot this morning and although I was disgusted seeing people eating chip butties at half past 9 in the morning it did make me very excited for tonights tea... yum yum

We just went for a bit of a walk, need to sort some stuff out to sell though. Keep saying that but never get round to it lol.

I know I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so lol.

My fault, I got excited when I'd planned fish and chips so put both plans on one post lol... would help if I wrote days rather then just today and tomorrow really :) well both meals were absolutely gorgeous. I haven't had fish and chips for ages as I like them with mushy pea's and I freaked out at one point because that meal doesn't have superfree, but decided to relax a little, its very rare I have a meal with no superfree and I eat plenty during the day so don't think it will kill me ;)


Monday - Green

Lunch - Leftover lentil lasagne (HEA)
Tea - quorn lamb casserole with garlic wedges, green beans, broccoli and sprouts
Snacks - orange, pear, grapes, 2 ryvita fruit crunch (HEB) with chocolate philli (6 syns) and banana, cadbury mini ice-cream (6.5 syns) milk in drinks (HEA)
 
Tuesday - WI day and I'm really starting to worry, I've been 100% this week, had over 10 ss foods each day and stuck within syns, but if I don't loose a lb to get back in target I have to pay and next weekend is off plan :( fingers crossed I get the result tomorrow that I deserve
