Food so far -
Breakfast 2 chicken legs
Lunch - Tuna salad with artichokes and cherry toms, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh (cluck, cluck!)
Dinner - I am out with a friend (forgot about this!) we are going to a Turkish place so plenty of meat and salad stuff. Don't think I will be.drinking as he's driving so should be fine
