Getting back to target... somehow!!!

Salads do take ages to eat, don't they, and I'm finding that having PV lunches each day means I eat in sync with my office mates (rather than having to sit and watch them finish their main, then they fruit, then yog and sometimes worse!). I find I really don't care what other people are eating so long as I am too!
Little baked egg thingies are good baked in individual muffin moulds too, so that you can put different fillings in them...

Jo - it sounds like your revised plan is working really well, especially around colleagues! ;) I know what you mean re eating when others do.

I am a real grumpy cow if I feel left out of eating! I turn into a petulant child, it's rather silly really!! :D

Today is a pp and luckily feeling ok after a very disappointing pv yesterday. I normally love pv days and get all creative, but after a long day at work and v annoying news on the way home, I just lost all motivation, so ended up having more chicken and salad. Yawn!

Re the news.. I am arranging a surprise party for my OH and the venue I had been contacting for the last 4 months and had pencilled in (confirming this fri) took another booking without telling me. I'd been calling so often, it totally threw me! So all eve was spent trying to find another. I think I have but it is much more money. Oh well.. Hopefully he'll really enjoy it ;)

Today - breakfast tbc.. Have found myself eating later and later..

Lunch - pastrami and cottage cheese

Dinner - salmon and yoghurt

Have a good day all! :)

Day off! Wooooo :)

Woke up today feeling a bit smaller and dabbled with the idea of jumping on the scales but no... If I found I hadn't lost, I'd be so down. So pushing on for a nice (hopefully!) surprise in a few weeks ;)

meeting up with my friend today for a nice long walk with our little ones, hoping its going to be a good weather over the weekend and we can spend some time in the garden!

Food - I was pp yesterday and considering having 3 Pvs in a row. I didn't really have much veg last pv day and do wonder what damage an extra day of veg will do to me... Any thoughts from you wise ones? :)

Catch you later! X have a great day all

Personally, Couteaux, I would say eat your veg! If it helps you stay on track, then a little bit of broccoli surely ain't the end of the world?!

Well done on keeping off the scales!!

P x

What p said....wise words xxx

Thanks lovelies :) I thought I had replied to this yesterday! Silly phone must not have sent it.

So Friday I didn't actually have that much veg, just half a courgette, few mushrooms and a tomato. It did help tho!!

Yesterday we were busy doing some clearing and spring cleaning (more to do today!!) and. As a result I didn't eat that much.

Breakfast was eggs on ham
Lunch 3 chicken thighs
Dinner chicken.
So it turned into an unintentional pp.

Today I have more chicken and some roasted veggies to eat with salad so that'll be a treat :)

I've missed my oatbran the last couple days - must try harder!!

I love my oat bran and never miss xxx defo find time to eat more today C x easier Said than done with a busy family

Hope you all enjoyed the sunshine this weekend! :)

Good here food wise, I do need to plan better though as there were lots of moments when I just didn't have anything to grab and all the lovely treats everyone had started looking very tempting!!

My scales challenge is still feeling great! There is just no worry of "is this working?" As I am just trusting it is! Possibly a bit daft, but it feels like I am more in control rather than the number on that scale. Now I just REALLY hope it is working haha ;)

Morning all :)

Back at work (boooo!!) bit of a stressy morning with my tired 6year old going bonkers and refusing to get dressed. I am sure the neighbours would have thought she was getting tortured the amount she was screaming! That's always a nice start to the day!

Food - all fine. I got a food delivery last night so I am totally stocked up for the week. LOADS of meat so no excuses. I just need to plan and cook it so I have plenty of bits ready for lunches etc.

Pv today and I will be having...

Breakfast - muffins

Lunch - 2 chicken thighs and cottage cheese with salad.

Dinner - chicken with ratatouille - YUM!!! :)

Hiya C. Hope your having a good day xxx

Thanks Sid :) x

Good day yesterday thanks, well food wise.. Work was 'meh'

Today I have woken up itching to try the scales! I have had my coffee already so I definitely won't, goodness, that cup would have probably weighed at least 4lbs!! Lol ;)

I am planning to stay off them, just feeling like I might have lost BUT if I then find I haven't I know exactly what I will do, I will go straight off to find the next plan to try! So... Sticking with the one month plan, 2 weeks and a bit to go... :D

Food today:

Breakfast - muffins (as soon as the defrost, whoops!!) :)

Lunch - chicken thighs and cottage cheese

Dinner - HM burgers

Have a lovely day all, super sunny here, hope you all get some too!

Re: Dukan - 3rd time lucky!!!

not a good idea to get this nasty virus Ive had Couteaux but I've not had coffee for 8 weeks now cant stand it and I was defo a coffee pot! :)

Looking great C - keep off those scales lovely!!! I am glad not to be using them atm!!! LOL! x

You girls are in total control xxx when are you weighing again?

Hah, you will get a lovely surprise when you do, T!

Sid - we are weighing 10/11 may! Yikes :)

Have to share this....

I was sat on the sofa this morning with my middle daughter, having a cuddle when she started looking at me. "What is that Mummy?" What's what I said? "These sticky out bits on you?" She was pointing at my collar bones... BONES!! Hahah I was rather thrilled and have been prodding them on an off all day ;)

I remember now how I lost weight in funny places. My collar bones did get v pronounced last time, I lost virtually all of my bust (not much to start with!!) :( I wish it would go from my tum/bum and hips first!!! Lol

Oh well, anything off is good :)

Evening bones lol xxx

I too love finding my bones again... I remember when I could find bones in my hips (way back at around 67K...). Looking forward to finding a flat tum when I lie down again too! haaaa!
Kids screaming first thing in the morning, oh boy I couldn't face that! (Mind you I deal with cat wee, poo and sometimes sick in the morning no problem at all! but it is all quiet!!!)
