Getting my body back - vegetarian EE

Target is 9st 7. So 5lb to go. Then will see what happens, i will stay on plan. I think that when I am back to work it will be more difficult, so want to stick to a weight that is maintainable long term x
5lb off target?! That's amazing!! Well done lovely! Xx

I hope I do as well as you. You make it seem achievable. Yeah good to stick to the plan to maintain healthy eating and control off the syn side off life My goal in 10s but wouldn't mind 9.7 by the end of the year Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins.com
You can definitely do it. I am really amazed at 10 stone how my body is getting into smaller clothes so def a good target x

Friday

Lots of leftovers today, so time to cook two quiches for my childminders sons party tomorrow.
B muesli, yoghurt, banana, strawberry, blueberries
L beetroot, sweet pot and butternut squash salad with hea cheese and salad leaves and light mayo. (1)
D Quorn chilli with quinoa and refried beans hea of cheese

Snacks and syns will update later,

Lovely day today, not a lot to do, want to do some work to help out a colleague and just otherwise relax after little sleep and fighting a cold x

Bad syns tonight - 27. Will have to have some low syn days next week

27 syns isn't too bad! You can definitely claw that back :) xx
I hope so, wasn't really even worth it, my partner bought some chocs and ended up eating out of boredom while we were sorting out flights over Skype for his parents to come over, mindless eating aargh x

I am a really bad snacked In the evenings :O
snacking in the evening was def the contributing factor to at least a third of the excess weight so need to not go back to old habits - easier said than done!

Saturday

B muesli, yoghurt, banana and strawberries.
L at a kids party and didn't have time to eat first. One quarter cheese sandwich, white bread and coleslaw. One quarter egg mayo sandwich on wholemeal. Small handful of skips.
D Risotto of asparagus, courgette and spinach. With onion garlic and hea of Parmesan.
Snacks none
Syns at least 15 for lunch.

Risotto cooking went well until the chilli mill decided to explode on top. I managed to throw most of the chilli flakes away but it is def the spiciest risotto I have ever made :(

Thanks, think it is a bit easy this week as have a lot in. Going to try over two weeks and just buy the minimum. I have a three year old and 7 month old x

I have a lot in this week too as I buy a lot when it is reduced and then put it in the freezer, it all has the prices on though so I can work out what we spend this week :)

Aww lovely ages, I bet they keep you busy :)
