I think Cayenne pepper was probably hotter than my risotto - did you manage to eat it? I resisted the cakes but most of the other food was meat based so easy to resistRisotto looks lush! I had a spice mix up this week (cayenne pepper instead of paprika - ouch!) I think you could have done much worse at the party, two small sarnies and a few crisps is pretty good compared to all the other treats probably on offer!
that sounds very organised, I think you are like me and love a challenge sounds like you will be on track this week.I have a lot in this week too as I buy a lot when it is reduced and then put it in the freezer, it all has the prices on though so I can work out what we spend this week Aww lovely ages, I bet they keep you busy

I make the tomato sauce and put the frozen meatballs in for about 10 mins. I then layer it up with the lasagna, broken up more than I would a normal lasagna. a bit of mozzarella between layers and grated cheese on top for about 30 mins in the oven - it feels very naughty eating it and syn free xI may have to try a meatball lasagne, do you cook the meatballs first?
Back to work today - for a few hours. Was manic as usual but nice to be back and to see everyone. Some of the ladies in the office have invited me to a diet club where they weigh each week and they are mainly trying to maintain so think that will be good for me when I go back to work
