B porridge heb, grated pear and apple, honey (1)
L pasta with roasted veg and cheese heb (6)
D Quorn chilli and rice (made with loads of veg)

Snacks cheese and biscuits hea and (3)

I grate my apple but never though to grate my pears too...will be doing that tomorrow...cheers :)
 
Sunday

Brunch lm sausage, Brie, crust less quiche hea. Muesli, mango, strawberries, melon, raspberries, blueberries heb
D broccoli and stilton soup (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes) hea.5

Snacks banana, cheese hea, nuts and a couple of smarties (4)
Syns 4 so far

My parents and grandparents have left after a busy few days. Have time of month again (only had it 2 weeks ago) body must be regulating itself after baby, so really tempted by bad food and the chocolate birthday cake keeps looking at me but really want to lose this week - can see the 10s in sight. On the positive will do 10,000 steps today x
 
Monday

9.40 - decided to have lunch really hungry - quorn chilli and pasta with cheese hea

D bfree wrap, veg and salad with cheese hea and heb

Snack toblerone (4) toast from sons plate (4)

Oooppps a whole extra meal today - I don't know if it is because baby is feeding more last night or because it is TOM but craving food really badly, just glad I have stuck to plan but will try to have 'normal' amount of meals tomorrow. Have completed 6000 steps so far, will do 10,000 to try and counteract the food x

She is 4 1/2 months she decided to have 3 feeds last night and normally has one at the most - I did put her down at 6.30 though and she normally goes down around 8 so maybe that or just a growth spurt?
 
My lLO is 17weeks today and goes down at 7 and is now up every 2/3hrs and before it was 5. I have also had an increased appetite. I put it down to a growth spurt too

I hope it doesn't last long for you, it is always a shock to the system when they suddenly wake more in the night. I have just put her in her own room as she has grown out of the Moses basket so I hope that isn't the reason for more wake ups x
 
Considering Neve wanted to 'chat' with me for an hour and a half at 3.40 this morning - I am in a very happy mood. Bit of Aerosmith has cheered me up and I am energised for the day - well at least for an hour or so :)

Another night of little sleep - fun!

L spaghetti and Quorn meatballs hea x2 very large portion (5 for sauce)
D mango, Apple and pear - one of those where it is all children and no time to cook till baby finally down at 8 and haven't got the energy to cook
Snacks Kitkat (5.5) cheese hea

I am doing an attempted dream feed now in hopes in settles her so I get a few hours in a row - hope you have a good night x

Going on hols tomorrow, no wifi at the cottage so will only update if there is signal. Off plan tomorrow then all breakfast and evening meals planned on SW so will see how lunch goes - hopefully in a better place tomorrow x

I seem to be same as you...tired and with the back ache not in a great mood. Enjoy the get away tomorrow we all deserve a break.
 
Just arrived back home after a lovely week away
in Wales. Not been on plan at lunch but have tried to for other meals but expecting a gain next week.
Highlights:

Swimming in a private pool (without the children for 30 mins at one point :))) )
Triple cooked chips - yum
Train rides and cold walks on the beach

Not so positives
Not working out the heating for the cottage till the third day - brrrr
Superfood pasta at weatherspoons - never again
Little one wanting lots of milk - time to start weaning I think!!!

Looking forward to catching up with everyone's diaries hope a good week has been had by people xx
