B porridge heb, grated Apple and honey (1)
L spaghetti tortilla, eggs, spaghetti, sugar snap peas, grated carrots, tomato, applewood cheese hea x2
D Laska, bean sprouts, cabbage, sugarsnap peas, baby sweetcorn, noodles, quorn pieces, cashew nuts (heb I think - can't find my book - only had a few in case I need to syn them) Laska paste and coconut powder (3)
Snack toblerone (4) cheese piece hea 0.5

1lb off today which is good considering the break away. I am 1/2 a pound away to be half way to my target and 2lb away from 2st so really hope will reach at least one of these next week.
Little Neve had a bad night last night with three get ups and another 5am start, followed by a nappy explosion so hopefully that was the reason for the bad night - another early one for me x
 
Friday

L salad of sorts - rocket, carrots, tomatoes, pickled onions, lm rosemary sausage x2, egg mayo (1), pickle (2) pickled onions, gerkin, cheese hea x2
D Laska as yesterday (3) heb

Saturday

This is the third time writing this and keeps crashing when I attach a photo - so a very brief diary as had enough of typing it out ..

B French toast, banana, blueberries
L Quorn burger and salad
D quinoa, couscous with Mexican mince

Used all my bf healthy extras, 4 on cheese and 2 on wm bread. Lots of veg over half a plate at lunch and a good 1/3 at dinner

Syns 6 so far... Very full though so think it is cherries as a snack

B overnight oats with fresh berries heb
L quorn burger with sweet potato chips, quinoa and couscous with roasted veg, cheese hea. Low fat Mayo. (3)

Snacks cheese hea, picking while cooking (7)

Syns 10

Only 4000 steps yesterday and so far a few less today so when Neve is asleep need to catch up with them. Still full after lunch so may have an apple as a snack

Lovely day, helped a friend with her cv, tried to tidy the house after the weekend and mainly played with Neve.

L buffalo mozarella salad, with roasted peppers, aubergine and courgette, salad leaves, buffalo mozarella hea x3 (had the whole ball - was amazing but a bit ott) lightest Mayo (1)

D spinach gnocchi (4) with a pepper ratatouille (peppers, tomatoes, olives,(1) capers) cheese hea

Snacks toast from my sons plate (2)

After a little snow, tried to tidy the house but Neve unsettled with her teeth so went out and picked up bits we needed, haven't finished anything I have started today so a lot to do tonight. Made my 10,000 steps yesterday but only on 3000 so far today so better get stepping tonight!!

Question ? your spinach gnocchi is it ready made? Cos i like that sort of pasta...raviolli...what should I be looking out for as a no no on the ingredients?
 
Hi, the gnocchi is ready made, I love it so think it is worth the syns now and again. I love fresh pasta as well but it has a syn value, we have had it once on SW but now I generally stick to dry pasta because it is free. It think the best fillings are probably veg e.g. Pumpkin or something like spinach and ricotta as I think ricotta is lower in fat, avoid 4 cheese/mascarpone etc - sorry answers are veggie as not up on meat fillings. You can use dried cannelloni tubes to make cannelloni syn free, I have done the Jamie Oliver honeycomb cannelloni recipie, just used quorn mince, upped the veg in the mince and cut out the fat and used my hea of cheese on the top rather than the sauce - that was lovely. I think there are some tinned Ravioli you can have for free or low syn but not my type of thing x

Yeah I do love a cannelloni, was just hoping fresh pasta was free....lol...could be a very lazy dinner....guess its safest to just stick to homemade stuff.

Wednesday

No breakfast, Neve had a bad night and we had to rush to swimming lesson.

L Gnocchi (4) olives (1), veg as yesterday heb
D egg mayo salad, lightest Mayo and pickle (3)
Tomatoes, cucumber, salad leaves, pickled onions. Cheese hea.

Snack - cheese on toast, hea and (1) for onion chutney. Raspberries and satsuma

Steps not going to well. I stubbed my little toe and it is swollen and purple, I did the other little toe 3 weeks ago and it is only just getting better and now I have done this - got to be more careful. So 7000 yesterday and 6000 ish today

L jacket pot and cheese with salad. Unfortunately the cafe decided the cheese should come ready mixed with Mayo!!!!! (11) hea x2

Happy with the loss this morning and reaching 2st off, over half way now and on track to meet target - not happy with the Mayo at lunch but that's life - Sebbys birthday today so had an excited 3 year old all day and steps have taken a back seat with family arriving tomorrow and the house needs to be ready for them so 6000 at the most!
