Good start to the week Those quorn fillets are to die for, wish I'd stocked up at Asda now lol!
Day 1 of The Shred.
Well I did it and it wasn't as bad as I thought in fact I quiet enjoyed it and I know I'm going to hurt in the morning but I'm going to have to work through the 3 day pain
