Gobolino's Food Diary - converted to ww now!

Hope group went well. Just to let you know as of today I am starting a brand new food diary i will post a link to it.

I kept pledging to get to a certain weight by a certain date last time and never quite getting there, but at the same time doing quite well and staying within target until christmas. So i am going to stop making pledges and setting goals and just follow the plan and do an honest and accurate food diary.

Teresa

PrawnChopsuey - I did enjoy it - thanks ! Hopefully I'll manage to take a nosey at your diary soon, hope you're doing well :)

Teresa - I was glad I'd eaten when I went. My hubby asked as I tucked into my tea if I wasnt going to be like the other slimmers who dont eat until they've weighed in ? Nope I replied, I thought to myself no this time is different, and if I have tea each week it'll make no difference. Thanks for the link to your diary, it'll be nice to have some inspirational diary entries to take a look at again. Good for you not making any more pledges, sometimes I think its just as good to stick to plan just for today and not to look too far in front as it gets a bit daunting.

Thanks! Today has been lots of nice food too, very non-diety but thats what keeps me on track :)

I love the fact you can feel non-diety but still be on plan - I never would have made it past the first few days if I was depriving myself!! Diaries looking good :)

Oh gosh no, I cant do depriving myself. Not at all, any depriving and I go into rebellion mode (and thats not pretty!).

Saturday 15th Jan - Cheese and Wine day (green!)

B- banana, apple, kiwi and yog
D- wedges, beans and eggs
snack-nectarine, 1 goats cheese and black pepper biscuit (tiny! 15calories, will count 1/2 syn)
T- ok tea is cheese and wine, I'm planning on 4 pieces of cheese (4x28g) (HA HA HB HB) and then 2 175ml glasses of wine (12 syns), plenty of pickles, salad etc and syns for whatever crackers I need. If I feel the need for one more glass of wine I will but I have a headache this afternoon (probably from tidying the house like a mad woman!) so unless it shifts I probably wont.

Looking forward to tea -lol :)

Thanks ! We did have a lovely time..... actually 28g of cheese is a fair bit :)

I've had:
salad bits (carrots, tomato, grapes, gherkins, picked onions)
4x 28g cheese (2 types of cheddar, blue and red leicester) (HA HA HB HB)
1 digestive (3syns)
3 multigrain crackers (3syns)
2 scan bran (2syns)
2 glasses of wine, 175ml (12syns)
and while I remember after our lunch we had fromage frais with options (3syns)

Total for today: 23.5syns I hope I've got that right because it doesnt seem like I've gone overboard and so I must be on track :)

I'm pretty happy!

I too am a big lover of cheese..... it just takes a little bit of planning for the rest of the days meals to be able spend all the healthy extras on cheese! I'll do it again when we have cheese and wine night :)

Here's todays menu: Sunday 16th Jan (green)
B- beans on toast (HB +2syns)
D- easy cheesy potato bake (HA for cheese) with chickpea curry (HB for oil and apricots), strawberries and aerosol cream (1/2syn)
Snacks- banana, maltesers bunny (8syns), nectarine
T- we're going to the cinema to watch harry potter (finally), so I have a fruit pot to take with me with an apple, nectarine, strawbs, cherries, will also take a can of diet coke and an aldi 70calorie bar (3syns) - mmmmmmm :)
snack later- skimmed milk latte (HA)

20mins swim
15mins walk

Total syns 13.5 (on plan :))

Monday

B- natural yog, banana, nectarine, 2 walnut halves (2syns)
D- easy cheesy potato bake (HA), salad
snack- cherries, strawberries, kiwi
T- pasta n sauce (1/2syn), with broccoli
snack- weetabix (HB), 4 (!!) aldi 70 calorie bars (HB+6syns)

I've not brought anything for an afternoon snack today and I'd planned on having an aldi cereal bar, but I think I'll need something as hubby is working late..... so I might have a cup of weetabix (2 weetabix HB) with hot water to tide me over later on.
