yesterday was def an up day went to town had chicken tikka and chips with yoghurt sauce and salad then had Thorntons chocolates (bit greedy) in the evening had a few cheeky lagers and lasagne and chips and a bun .I was .4 up this morning so not bad considering
today had protein shake and milk will have veg soup later and making a quorn bolognese later but ill just have the bolognese on top off veggies instead off pasta thin it was 522 cals
 
Loving your happy dance lol! You are doing great :) How was your bolognese? I need to try it with quorn!! I am living off ready meals and weightwatchers soup on dd! I really need to get cooking lol x
 
Bolognese was really good had on top off green cabbage was yummy. Week not gone as planned but not bothered now ,early days so no rush . Today will be another up day looking forward to my chicken tikka on garlic naan tonight then will get back to it with a DD tomorrow x

thankyou :) I love the naan's its a little bakery and they justmake naan smells yummy as you are waiting 6 garlic naan for £2 .I freeze them yummy
 
Well today is a DD I think i will have nimble brown bread with poached egg.
Dinner will be pork loin chop with green cabbage carrots and sprouts was gonna have 100g boiled potato but that would take me to 550 and later this evening Baxter chicken broth

Hope the DD is still going well. I wouldn't look at my diary if you are hungry because I;m making the most of my weekend off LOL!!! You can tempt me tommorow though when I;m on my DD!!!
 
hello today was soooooooooo hard had my main meal early then got peckish scoffed a fredo choccie bar so had to miss my chicken broth and had two cups off instant miso soup just having last one now so under 500 cals phew nearly bed time x
think I will have a look at your diary now :)
I have oatbran with grapes muesli apro soya choc desert and milk in the fridge setting ready for breakfast with fresh blackberries on the top yummy
 
well today had my majic porridge then took my little one to dr's walked past bakers on the way home and bought a corned beef and onion pasty slice and my friend treat me to a shortcake caramel thingy .I feel full now so that will be it till later tonight
 
well yesterday after dd was 149 lb
this morning I was 149.6 after UP
wi tomorrow and last week was 147.6 so unless a miracle happens after today’s DD
