Aw thank you been getting lots off chest pain upper back pain Dr not sure what it is . I have been given tablets for stomach not sure if its related to that as its round my back really bad some days had ecg done been sent to hospital as one off the traces needs looking at Dr does not think its that because off my age . Blood pressure ok thyroid all other stuff fine , but why does it need looking avoid there is no problem. Talk in riddles sometimes these Dr .
Today DD for me porridge for breakfast going to try out my new soup maker at lunch :)
 
Thank you soup really nice . Beet root carrot ,onion, celery ,stock,garlic bay leave all in soup makes twenty min over litre really pleased will get lots off use over winter
 
was really nice made huge pot have saved some for next down day tomorrow well today has been a UD went to hospital this morning walked there and back 5 miles pushing little one so burned 500 cals .I needed to see physio and have a blood test then my friend had chest xray so then we walked and had pub lunch .Homemade stak pie hips and gravy called at the co-op bought a key lime cheese cake not had one for as long as I can remember so will enjoy a nice slice later mmmmmmmmmmmm will prob fast from 5pm tonight as eaten a lot off rich naughty foods today total off about 1800 calls i added the pie as 1000 as could not find details anywhere only morrisons pie and chips so doublet will be more than that :(

Sounds like you had a yummy day. Key lime pie OMG yum yum yum. I had soup tonight on my DD....it was lovely, but key lime pie..and chocolate on another diary has me drooling..OMG time to go to bed methinks!!
 
hi everyone .welcome to JUDD LOU .I have to say the cheesecake was yummy on a DD today and still lots in the fridge its very tempting lol
breakfast was aots so simple with water the golden syrup one ,then had my home made soup for lunch .Tea will be three tesco felafel in a huge salad then another bowl off soup thins evening under 500 cals :)
 
been naughty the cheesecake was too much temptation and had a spoonful ,well one wont hurt will it (big sigh ) rest off the day has been great not felt hungry at all,yesterday was a good UD too as I had lunch at twelve then that was it had cheesecake and then nothing for rest off the day .Things seem to be falling into place i just worry though as every weekend I seem to gain back what I have lost then back to where I started .I have had a good 5 alternate days though wil be wi tom then out Friday night to see a physic and have a yummy Indian then back to a mid day saturday and a down day sunday then alternate again if I can get a to weigh a bit less each friday that will be brill x

well I lost the weight I put on plus down to 146lb so lost 4 in total in a few weeks happy with that as I only have about 8 to go now and if i can do it with JUDD willbe great UP today going out tonight with the girls for an indian and to see a psychic,should be interesting :)
 
Well had a fab night psychic was Brill . I didnt get a message but a few did was quite emotional .had nice curry and naan bread and a few too many tipple , lets just say my head not feeling the best this morning . Jumped on scales 1 lb up so was 147.2 gonna keep track and see how the week goes , will be a mid day today then back to a DD tomorrow :)
 
Well after my UD and 1200 cal day I am 1.2 lb up . DD today so hope that will be gone tomorrow ,if so maybe on track for a loss on Friday . So last Friday 146
Today 147.2
Would love to get to 145 this week
