dinner - 3xpagen krisprolls with 2 lc extra light triangles,pomegranete seeds,tomatos,and fat free yog

tea - ham salad,sweet and sour savoury rice,beetroot salad rest of lc cheese melted over roasted bns

heax1=5x lc el triangles
hebx1=3x pagen krisprolls

syns = dont think il have any try to make up for yesterdays balls up

did have ww caramel marshmallow thing but still only 3 syns

monday- out with sis for coffee,after her weigh in at ww
tues - shopping for night out on fri
wed-day out with my best friend and going for a tattoo on my thigh,woo hoo,then out for lunch and more shopping
thurs-getting waxed and going back to being blonde
friday-girly night out....bring it on yeah
sat-weigh in followed by a very severe hangover

busy day yesterday so didnt have time to update diary but all was good ,even pub lunch i chose good had mushroom omelette and salad,then had a dime bar cake ,oops,it was a celebration for being a good gal having my tatt done

aaw heather thank you. yeah ,i meant my friend said i should buy it,lol.

tattoo didnt really hurt,not so much as the ones on my rib cage ,it actually hurt more when i was home last night,killed me in bed when i rolled over lol. ive tanned my legs up ready for night out but never done around my tatt,looks funny cos i have a huge pale bit,lol

cant wait to go out,need a good night out with my girls

all blonde now too,whoo hoo

nights been changed to saturday now which means il have a hangover and 4 kids to deal with on me own sunday as oh is off hot rodding and cant take the kiddies,think sun will be a duvet day,
