Oh dear get the vinager out sprinkle that over you soothes the burnt bits,how it goes soon,glad you had lovely weather.
Me I joined zumba yesterday got hip ache :eek: and I went to form fill today to become a volunteer for the blind so fingers crossed,hope you have a good nites sleep love that when we come home from hol your own bed xx
 
morning all hads a shock when i got up thought it was sat today ( losing the plot) still very sore , will be doing my exercising later , not a lot planned for today. going to put washing away and hoover up and tidy up

vinager thats a new one ? never heard that before but i trust you ;) , working with blind people well done you xxxx , i have seen that zumba on the shopping channels looks good , did you shake your bootie :p
 
hello friends going to asda in a bit , to see the million pound makeover ( they could have gave it to me lol) no sure what it will be like , going to get a bit of shopping and see whats new , will catch up with you all later xxx phill
 
back from asda, its rubbish watching the biggest loser aus , looking forward to WI on monday , this will be the first time it is a 2 week WI (due to holiday) so see how that has effected it.

well thank you kind lady ;) yes my 1.50 white charity shop bottoms ( pulling them off :D) if you are bored theres a link to all photos , trying to catch up with your bible :p so will be caught up by xmas. anyway hope you and the tribe are keeping well , missed having a good natter with you nik xxxx
 
morning friends got some house work to do today, them throw out old t shirts that are to big then do exercise , its sunny again so happy about that, see you all later xxx phill

hi nik xxx yeah there on fb and theres a link on the my diary ( think its on the page before this one :confused:) sorted tees out and they are bagged ready for charity shop , sad to see them go , have some cool shirts but to big so got to go :):):)
