morning friends been shopping , brought dance on broadway for the wii , its really good im knackered now its harder then just dance. its made by the same company so the game the set up the same way gives you more of a work-out . with this one need to learn the dances its hard anyway got the kids coming over in a bit so madness for the day . have a great day everyone xxx phill

really enjoy the stair ones as they are the easier ones to do for me.

squats - feet shoulder width apart, hold arms out in front, keep your chest up and bend your legs as far down as you can without lifting your heels. 3 x 12 will kill you but you could power through them in 5 minutes easy
