as for gunman, stay calm.. the first two shootings were grudge killings and last was cause he was police.. he shot his ex gf and her bf only minutes away from where Matty and I were at the time - they were in Vigo and we were in Birtley centre.
Poor guy lost his life cause this nutjob couldnt move on.. totally awful

Totally agree about the nutjob, luckily we are a little further out so weve just had the police searching the area and the areas, you just dont expect it this close to home. Hope you are both ok xx

i think it depends how you're built Phil - my Mattys your height but he's quite slender.. so he's looking good around 15st, but i think you're sturdier built so with your wider shoulders you'll carry 18st a lot better xx
