ProPoints Hannah's not sure what she's doing anymore...

That doesn't sound like a terribly "off plan" day. A bit of chocolate but the meals themselves look ok, and as you said not too bad calorie wise either.

Glad your cold is shifting already. I seem to have a similar knack with colds - they tend to come and go within 36 hours or so which often infuriates OH as his always tend to linger on.

Oh I remember that dress. Hope your cold lifts properly for the weekend.
Hate split shifts-we don't do them in the house I work in at the moment. Just 12/14 hour shifts instead. I used to be fine with them but they're annoying me now! As you said, no proper breaks and not always time to make food....
Anyway, hope you're doing well hon. And huge congrats on weight loss last week. :) x

Thanks for the compliments :)

No not too bad Atomic, I needed the sugar rush!!

Ah Brona I'm not surprised you're getting fed up with those long shifts. It's such draining work and you need to be on the ball yet the shifts are crazy. Is there anything else out there? Jobs are so bloody hard to come by theses days...

Right...I worked out my BMR & it's 1378, 1380 basically. SO I think for a happy, functioning Hannah I really need to stop going below that. My TDEE is approx 2100 IF I cycle to work & do 3 exercise sessions (run, swim, gym, class). SO as of next week I'm thinking 1800 per day, not denying myself & then hopefully I won't binge at the weekends. I spend my time starving myself (not literally) in the week & binging at the weekend - it can't be healthy?!

That's my thinking done for the day!

Sounds like a very sensible plan. You definitely don't want to be netting below you BMR so I think upping your calories is definitely for the best. Did you incorporate that fact that you are on your feet at work all day into the numbers?

I feel a hell of alot happier since upping my calories, and have more energy and my mood is better. I also just feel more like a "normal" person in that I don't dread meals out for social stuff that doesn't fit into my diet plan.

Plan sounds great. Not sensible to eat below your BMI at all and 1800 cals sounds reasonable. But keep in mind your weight will probably go up at first as your body gets used to the new calories, but it'll come down again in time. Good luck x

That's it I can't sustain restricting myself for long - I get too miserable. I love love love food and drink, my dad was a chef so you can imagine! To be honest, I don't really care what happens weight wise in the short term, I'd like to be approx 9st7 at Christmas but mostly more toned, so I've a few months to get a realistic plan together!

What's wrong with the shoes???!!! I've some cute silver kitten heels, much better I think!

Just added up my binge of today which includes, a wispa, 4 lindor & a large glass of red - 1771 cal...I'm sure I ate other things too, seems very low considering!

Healthy eating for life?? Here's hoping!!

They clash and don't compliment the dress, wer goin for the classy look here!!! Hehe
Gym is a good idea for toning, they will show you what machines to use to tackle whatever areas you need tackled.. With me it's my inner thighs.. My legs go up ok but like 2 inches from the top they seem to wanna hug each other haha xx

It's quite interesting sometimes I find when you are tracking a day after having eaten it all only to find its no where near as bad as you thought. I find it quite reassuring! Glad you are enjoying the extra calories :)

Re: Healthy eating for life?? Here's hoping!!

Plan sounds good.
I'm the same. Less strict will keep you happier and more on track. Toning is definitely the aim-some great machines at the gym.

And no-not many jobs goin. Not permanent anyway and hard to leave permanent job with mortgage etc. :(

It's ok ish!! Did it Friday night, but danced the day/night away Saturday & spent Sunday/Monday mooching around Prague, so that hasn't helped! It's strapped up, up in the air & with ice on! Silly me !

Nothing was gonna stop u in your Prague tracks ;-) Fingers crossed it will ease off soon, on the plus side it will inhibit your ability to get to the fridge! As I mentioned last night, when I was on crutches I lost 7lbs in 7days cos I couldn't get to the fridge lol x
