ProPoints Hannah's not sure what she's doing anymore...

Back ish on track!!

Just a quick note - I'll check in properly tomorrow, apologies for being so absent and not checking in with you (I'm on a train with patchy reception!)

I hasn't advanced planned today, so it wasn't ideal, but I'm still not 100% sure what I'm doing 'TDEE' wise!

I was back at work today, so back on my feet :) No bike, but still 7hrs on my feet at work plus my uni commute, 6-7 hrs, although not all on my feet! I'll be tired when I get in!

B - yoghurt, banana, dried fruit
S - oat bar
L - pre-pack chicken & avocado sarnie, apple
MAJOR error sarnie wise...I read it as 214cal, I know too good to be true. YES 214cal/100g - 438 in total!! Tasty sarnie though!
S - 1 nature valley cereal bar, chicken fridge raiders, melon
After lecture get to know each other drink - large glass red wine
D - pre-pack ham sarnie, quavers & maltesers

So because I was badly prepared & the shop tonight had no decent salad, I ended up with 2 pre-pack sarnies. It's not even real food & is so calorie expensive! I could've done without the wine, which would've saved 225 calories.

The damage: 1916, so below TDEE but just feel cheated in terms of not having a proper meal. I need to get better prepared...basically I'm at work 7-3, get to the station, train at 4pm, it's 1.5hrs each way on the train plus walking to & from uni, a 3 hour lecture, home at 11pm. So good wise it needs military precision to work better!

Are you actually gone 7-11 every day?? xx

15pp of cereal - impressive!!

Ankle sore but liveable with! Looong day today so looking forward to home!

I like the challenge of macaroons although there is a lot I'd swearing in the whole process!!

Patchy reception at the moment (train) - I'm about to upload today's food from a saved note in my phone!!

It tasted good ;-) I've baked many things but Macaroons is one thing I've never Made! Hope you slept well and the ankle is well rested? X

At least you know where you went wrong and hopefully you can make some preparation tracks for next week :) I don't think it looks too bad as a days food tho, could of been a whole lot worse! X

I think it was the being off work & so easily unmotivated...definitely better planning next week!

Jo - it's only Wednesdays I have the long, all others are fairly normal. Are you working & going to college?? That's most days isn't it?

If you fail to prepare you prepare to fail :) x

So I was slightly more prepared today!!!

B - sultana bran & skimmed milk
S - wasn't hungry morning break so just had tea! Amazing!!!
L - pork bean & rice soup, nectarine, 1 nature valley bar
S - graze tomato dipinetti
D - breaded chicken, orzo pasta with spinach & leek with philly stirred through
Dessert :) macaroon & flake, greedy :D

Got back on my bike today, which wasn't too bad. My whole leg was quite restless by the end of the day though, so enjoying relaxing on the sofa, bliss :)

Yeah I work 5 days, only have college on a wed nite but will up to 2 nights in January!! It's algebra!! I'm gonna need every spare moment to study!!! But I gots this... If I stuck to my weight loss when I initially started I'd be maintaining by now, if I stuck to running when I started I'd have toned thighs by now... If I stuck to a study schedule last semester I woulda got at least 95%... There are a lot of ifs.. So this time I'm gonna do it!!!! I promise myself I'll be at goal by November!!!! First time in my life I have admitted this but I'm gonna be a runner an I'm gonna wear teeny tiny luminous shorts with pride haha xxx

Ha ha ha!!! Teeny tiny luminous shorts, I can't wait for that photo update!!! Sounds like avatar thing to aim for.

It's all about getting your head down at college, so just get on with it!!! I'm a terrible procrastinator although I've improved since I studied first time round, it's somehow easier to focus now I'm more 'mature' - I mean in actual age not mental age, I often think I'm still 18, hence the sprained ankle!!!

Haha is that a dare?!?! Are you still in college too? xx

Hope u slept well Hannah. X

Yes it is!

I went back to uni part time last year to do a masters, graduated 12 years ago so it was a bit of a wake up call!!

Hope u slept well Hannah. X

Funny you should say that, I had a terrible nights sleep! Well it was fine 11-2 & 5-8, but in between I was wide awake!!! No idea why - still thankfully I didn't have to get up this morning hence sleeping till 8 :)

I weighed in at 9st12, which is officially a sts. Can't say I'm too surprised although last Saturday I sneaked a look and was 9st10!

My focus as of next week will be less about weight & more about toning. So over the weekend I'm going to take my measurements. I'll also join the gym over the weekend & start a new regime, yet to be decided! Then every month I'll measure again. I'll still weigh, but to stay under 10st is good for me. Some of my eating & drinking habits need to change, but for the most part I want to keep eating & drinking a lot of what I do, which is why I never get tiny!! Comfortable size 12 that's the aim :)

Forgot to say yesterday's total was 1750 calories so just under my goal :)

Well Done on your STS :)

i think that Body Shape is so important, nobody except us sees our weight, everyone else sees our shape!

Sorry to hear about your bad nights sleep :-( That sounds like me! X

PS-Tut Tut on your Sneaky WI, slapped wrist for you! X

I knew at the time it was naughty & not going to be a true reflection!!

Been feeling poorly today :( Cold came on yesterday, bored of feeling less than tip top!

Went to Leeds to visit Primark today...massively disappointing though :( No bat wing tee Atomic, gutted. Although, the eay bird catches the worm in terms of Christmas jumpers, got mine & hubs for this year!! We go to a Christmas jumper party every year, usually I haberdash an existing jumper, but picked up a couple if bargains at today!

To food:

B - weetabix, dried fruit & skimmed milk
S - 1 shortbread biscuit
L - ham sandwich, lentil crisps (M&S) - tasty!
S - another shortbread + unintended pint at the pub, meant to have a lime & soda (!)
D - chicken risotto & a couple of slices of garlic bread, glass of red, 1/2 bar of bournville

Total: 1878, so over but still under TDEE :)

Carefully planning tomorrow's menu so I can have my wine :)

Off topic, here's my cheeky swine bunny, being somewhere he's not supposed to be...as usual!
