I'm back on it!! Well till Friday afternoon anyway! Gym tonight, swim tomorrow & pump Friday morning :)

I hope you're doing OK hon. Anxiety is a horrible thing. The fact that you've been able to pin point alot of the triggers is great.
Just don't let study get you down. Be realistic about what you can do and cope with. Everything else can wait.
Enjoy your exercise for week-very productive. :D x

I think I'm going to drop a day from work as of next term otherwise it's just not going to happen & I really want to finish next October! A third year if this is not even thinkable!!!

OK day today, topped off nicely with a little gym session. Finding my feet still & I think I'll ask then to set up a free weights plan for me, or get some ideas on line. I'm not a massive fan of the resistance machines.... I did a 20 min virtual spin session which I really enjoyed, some arm weights, leg exercises on the power plate (weird!!) & then I ran 10 minutes on the treadmill - really pleased as it's the first time since I sprained my ankle & it didn't hurt, yay :)

Food:
B: cereal bar, banana, berries, yoghurt
L: tuna sarnie, crisps, choc oaty bar
S: chicken tikka pieces, chorizo (during soup prep),
D: chicken Kiev, pasta in soft cheese with loads of veg
Treat: unknown as yet!!

Calories so far 1614 calories

Looking Good Hannah :) Yey for the Ankle not hurting, when will you be going to the Gym next? Food is looking good, what did the unknown treat become? Dropping a Day from Work to help with things seems like a good idea, will it be financially viable tho? Hope u have a good tuesday. X

The ankle has been a little sore today, but fine mostly! Dropping a day would be affordable, but I just can't justify it this term, next term things get harder = justification!!

The unknown treat was just one ginger nut at 46 calories & I'm having a couple tonight too! I got some in for my mums visit, so I've got to finish then now..... in an appropriate manner of course, otherwise bad day = scoffing the rest of the pack!!

Went for my early morning swim. I really need to do the improver class & learn proper front crawl. Certainly if I'm to swim 400m in 5 mins!!!

L: chorizo, pasta & veg soup, nume beetroot crisps, mini malteser pack & crisps
S: pistachios & teeny bit of cake in staff dining
D: gnocchi bolognese & a sprinkle of cheese
S: 2 x ginger nuts

Total: 1714, calories to spare :)

Food is looking good Hannah :) Mmmmmmm to Pistachios! I saw some in Aldi yesterday and was so tempted to buy them but decided to wait until nearer Christmas. Have u got a busy day today? X
 
Glad the return to the gym seems to have been alright to your ankle. I think its a sensible plan to drop a day at work next term. There is no point running yourself into the ground over it. Fingers crossed you are feeling a bit more positive about the course. I am sure you will do great, but do understand its very daunting to juggle study and work and homelife at times.

I'm so sorry I've not been in, I haven't vanished off the face of the earth I promise!!

It's been a crazy few weeks with lots of fun weekends with lots of self flagellation in the weeks & shame! I went away with my girlfriends last weekend & was honest with them for the first time ever & I feel better!!!

However I am still super busy but will endeavour to pop in more to say hello & try & be as helpful as you all are to me!!

I haven't time to check in with you all but I hope you're doing well :)

Glad you're having fun... Honesty is always the best policy!! Hope all is going well for you with college and stuff.. Are you still weighing.. Kinda fell off the scales last 2 weeks.. Well.. I didn't even get up on them tbh.. But onwards and downwards :) xxx
 
Glad you've been having some fun, Hannah. Very important! I think everyone has been really busy recently and feeling a bit more "meh" than usual about any form of diet. Think it must be the time of year.

Did a big 'healthy-ish' shop on Thursday, made a yummy soup Friday, ironed my ass off today & I've yummy pork 'pulling' in the slow cooker! Now to sort out my 'office apace' as I've an assignment due on 24th Jan & I haven't even started reading any papers yet!! :D

Very much welcome back :) You have been missed. Not least because of how my mind boggled at trying to work out how you ironmed your arse off. I am very slow sometimes... ;)

Ha! I wish I had literally ironed it off, jeans would fit much better!!!

It's ok new me starts on Jan 6th, old me very much still in the building!! Cruelly I don't believe in 'new' or 'old' me just forever endeavouring me!!

I'm not putting up a diary today but I did do pulled pork in the slow cooker today, shoulder joint in cider with stir fry rice, yum yum!!
