I can haz cake?
Basically I split the week into meals as such, and have 3 meals in a row as "down", 3 times a week. My first fast starts on Sunday at 5pm. (i do not have dinner on sunday) until Monday at 5pm (I have an up meal on monday night, aka now!! woop!)
My week goes as follows
Saturday UUU
Sunday UUD
Monday DDU
Tuesday UUD
Wednesday DDU
Thursday UUD
Friday DDU
Each letter represents each meal in order - eg - Sunday is Up breakfast Up lunch, and down dinner. You could really set the restart time to when you want, you could do a lunch restart if it suits your lifestyle etc.
I originally thought of the idea because I found I was eating for the sake of it on sunday night, so I thought, hey I could start my fast now, and in 24 hours I could eat again...
This is an example of my week so far, as I think seeing something in actual practice makes sense to people...
22/09 - SATURDAY - UUU (this is basically a regular up day)
B - Ricicles + s.s milk
L - 2 x toast, real butter, piece of bernard matthews chicken (sage and onion flavour nom nom)
afternoon - 1 x toast, butter
D - pizza
(will probably have a few cold remedy sachets throughout the day)
2x galaxy chocolate bars
23/09 - SUNDAY - UUD (up breakfast, up lunch, fast from 5)
B - pizza leftovers and a drop of mayo
L - two baps with chicken
Galaxy caramel ice cream bar at about 11
A whole 135g bar of galaxy caramel nom nom nom (at 2.30pm)
5pm - midnight - fast #1
24/09 - MONDAY - DDU (fast til 5, up dinner)
midnight - 5pm - fast #1
D - Chippy - Burger and chip&curry
maybe some choccie tonight
25/09 - TUESDAY - UUD (up breakfast, up lunch, fast from 5)
planning to have this:
B - big fancy high calorie yoghurt of some form
L - Crisp sammich, and maybe a chocolate bar?
5pm to midnight - fast #2
26/09 - WEDNESDAY - DDU (fast until 5pm, up dinner)
Midnight - 5pm - fast #2
D - Home made pizza
