Hmmmmm. Definitely not real weight. I took a fybogel last night that may have bulked out my tum, and I've a funny feeling that colds make u retain fluid. Still having my totm as well that's nearly frikkin 4 weeks don't know how I'm not passing out with anaemia by now ha ha x

I fancy that fibogel does cause a bit of bloating before it does it's thing, from what I remember when had it in the past. I wouldn't worry about it Han. You're doing great, and it'll come soon. Get well soon. xx

Yeah I figured it would as it soaks up water. Still haven't had any movement whatsoever and my tum is swollen lol. Took another fybogel and hope it moves. I'm not in any pain just a little bit uncomfortable... So I'm not going to be in any hurry to take anything drastic

Han!! I lasted back on cambridge diet if doom for exactly a day and 3/4 before i literalt nearly fainted, SO...as of 5pm tonight im doing it hand way! Fast til 5pm tomoz, so positive right now xx

I don't think I could even muster the strength to do a shake diet now... I'm fasting now until 5pm too so we're all in it together xx

Maybe it was just the "shake" up you needed to throw a bit of motivation your way? Excuse the pun, I know I'm ever so funny lol xx

Thank you :-D Though I do like to think he's already lying awake agonising over me after realising he'll never love anyone else ever and will be sad snd lonely forever! Not that I'm bitter at all lol!!!
