Breakfast - ricicles and milk
Lunch - two med crusty baps, lf spread, pot noodle type thing, bag of tayto rollers.
Afternoon snack - nerds! and probably a cuppa!
Dinner - 4 x veg samosas and a dash of lf mayo.
Levi roots mango and pineapple fizzy drink (seriously nom but 150cals for a small bottle its designated to up days only lol)
some fairy buns... 4 in the pack and I'm sure I'll eat them all... they're only small though
I'm sure there's some chocolate calling me, but now I've got the buns I might not bother with the chocolate...

So with 1 UD and 2 DD's left, I think I should get a loss this week! Fingers crossed!
So that was interesting, had my hoops on toast and feeling super and it was SO tasty think I'll be having more food DDs from now.
I've had a think about it and going by the symptoms and triggers of my migraines, I think it's probably a combination of hormonal problems and an excess production of cortisol in my body (apparently a lot of cortisol causes aggressive vomiting in migraines). I've had my hormone replacement put in. Taking supplements (as a lack of b vitamins are known to cause excess cortisol production) and i think I need to move back to food on a dd. just got to be super careful and plan plan plan
If its at all possible I think I'm actually even happier today.... I've never felt this good in my life and never realised what a grip food has had for me until now
Yep just getting through a few teething problems and getting into the proper swing of it, its just lovely Normally by this long on a diet I would have cheated at least a few times and would probably be close to giving up, but quite the opposite this time
It was VERY VERY thin, but I think I could possibly exchange my lunch for something lower (perhaps just the toast and cheese spread?) and have a weeeee bit more. And it was lovely and crunchy, 2 babybels was less cheese than I normally have but it was actually really decent. Obviously not very filling but tasty nonetheless =)
I've read up the past few pages... I'm intrigued, well done on getting spaghetti on toast and pizza for under 500 cals, that's amazing!

it was VERY THIN like paper ha ha ha It was nommy, and it did sorta fill a hole (as much as a MR shake does anyway)
I was going to have beans on toast but found the spag hoops were a bit lower in cals so got them. Don't think I'd do such a high cal lunch with the pizza next time. Would maybe have toast for lunch, and spare a few extra cals for some more flour if I did a pizza again. I would nearly exchange the cheese for something else more filling (chicken, tuna, veggies) and have it as a flat tomato covered crispy bread instead of a pizza.

Got one DD and one UD left, heres hoping I can keep the -0.6 or do a little better
I have a theory that the less I eat on up days, the less that I gain, and thereby lose. Gonna have a shocker of a day today - will still post what i'm eating but it'll be a LOT just as a pre warning
Also I haven't lost a lot over the week, but I feel smaller than I did at the start of the week.... =)
