Hann's IF Diary - 7 months and counting :)

I haven't read your whole diary yet just the first post and am shocked by the loss. 8lbs in week 1 and 5lbs in week 2 is AMAZING! Right, off to read the rest of your diary now x

Fabulous losses so far, you're doing so well.

I love the look of your pizza muffins. Did you say you were going to ost a recipe? (or am I am being blind...)?

I probably forgot lol!

120g flour, tbsp oil, sachet of yeast, water

mix flour, oil, yeast. mix and gradually add water until dough like consistency. The flour should all be absorbed, but the bottom of the bowl should be dry.

beat the dough, fold over a few times and repeat until well beaten. roll into a ball again, throw it in the bowl, with a tea towel on top, leave somewhere warm for 1-2 hours to rise.

dust surface with flour, roll out and cut circles out of the dough. I use a 10cm wide circular tuppaware as a guide. I find it helps to cut a triangle out of the circles so they fit nicely (think pacman shaped!)

spray muffin tray with spraylite, and place dough shapes in tray. fill with the normal, tom puree, cheese and whatever else. Stick in at about 180 til well browned.

Hi hannata, just wanted to chime in and say congrats on your weight loss! I wish I could lose as much as you have per week...maybe this week... Also, I know I'm late, but back on page 1? Those pizza muffins sound delicious - will have to try making them sometime! :)

Well I've lost 1.2 this week so I'm down to regular losses :p but still very happy with that don't get me wrong!

Think it was everyone's well wishes that gave me a bit of magic fairy dust for the scales, thanks everyone xxxx
