Ur UD brekkie sounds great. Similar to what I have on training days. Do you like almonds? They have got a really good dollop of protein in too and I find I get full and loads of energy if i have them a couple hours before training. You can get Almond butter too, like tastier and healthier peanut butter-great blended in to yoghurts and protein shakes, or on toast for pre training snack
Alternatively stick to walnuts if its what u like, apologies i get all carried away when i catch wind. Of something that interests me! Xxx

If you ever want any suggestions about food and stuff pls do ask, I love helping people with it. My dream is actually to train properly as a nutritionalist, pipe dream atm though! Know i'm not exactly a shining example of a healthy food relationship, but I do know a fair amount about nutrition and exercise so just holla if you need too xxx
