Quick update we had a lovely day.
Vanilla shake for breakfast and porridge for lunch. I am suffering with nasty headache today. Hope for good weight loss this week. Its my WI day tomorrow.

Morning everyone, thank god I had no headache today I was trying my best to catch up with everyone's diaries but my head was thumping so couldn't do it. Sorry I will check them today. Today's weight check = 15s 4lbs only 1/2lbs loss but I am not upset cause I know that I am losing inches. So many bad things happening at work and I am very stressed. I couldn't sleep last night, its not easy to prove yourself. my hubby said to me that I have to be two face if I want to step up but I cant and I will not. That's not me. I don't care if my senior hates me don't give me any support. Oh well I am sorry but I need someone to talk to. sorry again for long post. Hope you all have a lovely day. it will be 100% again

Harry is there a HR department you can talk to about the way you're being treated? No-one should be made to feel that way, it's not acceptable.

I know jael but things are really complicated at this point I am contracted to tills but my managers training is finished and I am due for my placement. my managers suit is ready but he said he wont allow me to wear it till I move to other store. All other trainee managers wearing it. I am thinking to talk to my personal manager tomorrow as he don't want me to attend boot camp, I have to attend it to finish my training. he is saying bad stuff about me to others behind my back that he will not let me sign off for another two years or so. I am really stressed and cant concentrate on anything.i am sorry for long post again.

Obviously I dont know the specifics, but I'm fairly sure that your manage isnt allowed to do that and if you know that he's bad mouthing you and deliberately standing in the way of your promotion you have a right to complain. It's a huge company, there must be processes in place to deal with situations like this, dont let him get away with behaviour like this.

Stay strong harry, sounds like an open and shut case for a grievance to me. HR will jump on this, don't hold back and make sure you tell them everything as this may not be the first time he has done this. Totally unacceptable!! Chin Up!!

I agree I suffered from bullying by my boss a number of years ago. Eventually I went to her line manager and she was put out of her job. Write everything down no matter how trivial. If there have been witnesses write their names down too. Then take it to bosses line manager or HR. They will sort it out.

Thanks guys, he is my boss and a senior manager. Only thing I can do is talk to our personal manager and ask her for help. I am sure she will sort something out. Since last couple of weeks things getting harder and harder for me. He don't like the fact that I am not going for his department. Well I don't know but personal manager want me to become a bakery manager. Not many people like working in bakery and they have places to fill + I have experience in that department. 100% so far. Too much paperwork to complete. So far I had 3mugs of black coffee and 2litres of water. Thanks for your support in my hard times. Love you all.

Aaa Harry what a horrible thing to be going through a work. It's really not acceptable at all. An adult should never behave that way, especially in his line of work. Managers are meant to be approachable. Hope it gets sorted soon. Well done on remaining 100% throughout xxx

I agree with Mere... You should write everything down including dates. This will ensure that you don't forget anything. You are likely to be quite emotional and this could cause you to forget an important detail. You could make a formal or informal grievance. Your company will have a full process in place for these kind of things. You won't be the first person to take this path in your company I am sure. But these type of people have to be stopped!
