Thanks everyone.
Sorry for the late reply.it was long and tiring day. Spoke to personal and she said she will talk to him and I have to attend boot camp and he can't stop me.she offered me her administrators job. I am not sure if I can do that. Its not easy to work with senior team.30hours a week. I am thinking.she said I can do it till my placement as a manager.
Diet wise it was good day.
I am thinking to do WS this week.
I want to take part in race for life 5k.
I am not sure if I can run.
I will try on treadmill today.
I so wanted to do this since I had my cancer treatment. My hubby said he will help me.
Its gonna be long day at work. I will check your diaries after work.

I'm glad you spoke to someone and that it will be sorted out for you, because as you said, he can't stop you getting your promotion.

You dont have to run the Race for Life, I've looked into doing it before but the dates never work out for me for the local races.

You are right jael. We can jog, walk or run. I so wanted to do it. You think I should???

Absolutely Harry, you should do it, just make sure you have plenty of water, even walking it will burn loads of calories!!

Do it Harry! You will feel so proud afterwards. Iv wanted to do it all year, Our day is 22nd July I think. Wish I lived nearer you so I could do it with you, I can't get anyone t run with me, I'm still nagging the sister xx

well done harry on talking to personel it is never easy to make that kind of decision. I am glad things are starting to work out for you at work. I think you should walk the Race for Life. Last year I walked a half marathon for our local hospice and it was great fun, atmosphere was tremendous. If you do decide to do the walk let me know and I will sponsor you.
