Hazel's rough food diary

Yeah I think I have gone back into comfort eating mode! I really need to stop but its so hard once you have started and allowed little bits back into your diet. Gutted that I am back in the 11 stone range. I did loads of walking last week as well which just goes to show exercise has very little to do with weight loss. Good to know I am not alone in this. We will get through it together girls. x


I think its the long dark nights drawing in that make us want to comfort eat, you will get back on track, we are all on this journey together.

I shouldn't be asking this, how did you make cindy toffee.:giggle:its sounds lovely. xx
 
Right start again. Today I lost a pound but still got another to lose from the gains I had. I have decided I really do need to come on here every day this week to try and get refocused. Things have been on the up with hubby and as I result I have been eating more crap - go figure????

Jane it is soooo naughty but I got the recipe online - just google it. It is too easy to make and too easy to resist. I'll have to put a pic up later.

So this week I need filling foods as I'm always hungry. I think it's this cold weather. Keep thinking about mince pies and baileys arggghhhh!!! I have dds birthday in two weeks so thinking I can hold off till then and have a good two weeks yes???

So today....

Breakfast: ham and eggs on toast ( heb)

Lunch: lentil and carrot soup

Tea: Aubergine and mozzarella bake ( cheese hea x 2, olive oil heb)

Part of prob is that hubby and kids don't like same food as me so if they don't want it then I'll save half for tomorrow. They can have pesto pasta!

Right I'll be back soon either this evening or tomorrow. Xxxxxx
 
Hi Hazel! It's lovely to have you back hun x I'm glad things are going well at home for you xx

I think it's a great idea to get back to SW 100% over the next couple of weeks before the "social" season starts! It will certainly make you feel better to know that you have tried ;)

It's all we can do hun ... be good girls in between being naughty girls! :D

You always cook such scrummy foods you'll be fine hun!
 
Thanks Hun and I've made a decision that I'll get the baileys and mince pies on the day we put up our decs which is usually around the 13th dec so gives me something to look forward to and how Christmassy will that be. Nom nom can't wait!!

Ha! I got mine this week oops!!! One mince pie scoffed & big glass of baileys consumer already eek! However syns counted..

Try to hold on for a few weeks as u say, sounds like a good plan x
 
Tuesday Green

Breakfast - weetabix minis (heb) and banana and milk (HEA0

Lunch - Keiragh's Cauliflower soup

Tea - Erm's Bulgar wheat salad (HEB for oil) (HEA for Feta cheese) carrot sticks and boiled eggs.

Snacks and syns: fruit, toffee quark pud thing (1), curly wurly (6), soup
 
Hi Hazel, its good to see you are back on track 100% on sw, keep it up, just think of the treat you are going to have when your decs are up, ours are going up on the Sun 27th Nov can't wait:giggle:. Well done on keeping your food diary up again, keep it up you will get there. xx
 
Feel really sick and shakey/shivvery. I got my pupil coming over tonight to be taught - just hope I can get through it. Food wise - made the weetabix cake and added a grated carrot into it so it was a bit carrot cakey. Is okay but not in mood for food. Tea might have to be something more simple - like spring greens and linguine. I am so not in the mood for food!!!

Thursday - green

Breakfast - weetabix cake (HEB + 2)

Lunch - Cauliflower soup

Tea - Might do the bulgar wheat salad again as it was yummo and I have loads of feta cheese to use up. (HB for oil) (HEA feta)

Snacks/syns - curly wurly (6) Twix (5) ????Hot choc with squirty cream (4)

Milky coffee (HEA)

Friday

Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (HEB)

Lunch - Leftover bulgar wheat salad feta cheese (HEA) (heb for oil)

Tea - Chinese king prawns in ginger and spring onion and boiled rice (5?) had a double choc cookie from the bakery in tesco(10????) no idea !!!!

Milk (HEA) for coffees

Stupid me I'm losing the plot. I been writing all the wrong days on my diary. Right it is Friday today isn't it??? Okay....

Went a bit over on the syns last night with takeaway and the cookie from tesco. No idea of the syn values but have to be extra good today for weigh in tomorrow. Just got to get through today.

Saturday

Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars and coffee

Lunch - jacket with cheese(ha) and beans

Tea - veg Achari and boiled rice (10) 2 small slices cheese pizza and 1 slice garlic bread (10).

Okay went over syns again!!! And I'm prob underestimating as well. Oh well scales will tell all tomorrow.
