Hazel's rough food diary

Hi babes. You sound a bit like this :break_diet: but you are forgetting how far you have come hun! Yes, you've got a birthday weekend, yes, you've got another social weekend next week and yes, next thing we know it is Christmas. But there are also lots of days in between where if you can be a good girl it will offset these lovely social occasions. If it makes it easier there is nothing wrong with having a day off plan - we've been doing this for long enough now to know what to do. You have lost a lot of weight so there is that little bit of flexibility for you to do this.

Enjoy your little girl's birthday weekend hun - and enjoy that mahoosive cake! Do you know my most successful weight loss week was Rosie's birthday in February when I had a piece of cake every day!

Thanks hunni. I needed that cos I was about to throw in the towel for good! Ds came home from his friends party with a mahoosive piece of choc cake so I had to help him with that. Dh has brought home crisp and Bombay mix and has gone out to get us a takeaway!! This is all before the birthday cake!!!!!

I weighed myself this morning and it was the same as last Sunday so a STS for me I reckon. I daren't weigh tomorrow but might do just out of curiosity!
 
Dont throw the towel in for cake ! You've done so well, as Ali says there are plenty of days in between the occasions for you to be on plan :)
 
sts is good chick,i think our prob is weve all lost quite a bit and weve all plateaued,hope thats the right word,lol.think our bodies are getting used to the ways of sw,but im gonna keep going,enjoy the days where im out but then get straight back into it.easier said than done i know,like me had an exellent week last week,saved syns and all and put on 2lb,the last 3 days ive done nothing but eat,havent eaten a lot but what i have eaten is soooooooo baaaadddddd.

will start again morrow,maybe it might do some good,fingers crossed,lol
 
Thanks peeps. Well I didn't come on here yesterday cos I did weigh myself and I put 2 on from the day before. I had to write it down though as it was a Sunday weigh but felt so crap. Now I am off to Frankie n bennies for dds birthday and I've already started on the Pringles!!! I think plateau is the right word. I haven't moved weight wise in at least 6 weeks. I had hardly any syns last week and then the pig out at weekend. This should surely not have resulted in a two pound gain????? To go for two weeks being very very good and seeing nothing is taking the... Well so I'm fed up and feel like this weight is never going to come off. Cry cry. Never mind. I'll start afresh tomorrow. I have ingredients in to make spag Bol, bean chilli, greens and linguine and mash pizza. That'll do me for a few days. Xx

Hi peeps. Sorry I have not been around. Had a couple of bad weigh ins - undeserved and then on Monday night my brother died - so very sad - so I have not been thinking of meals at all and Christmas is upon us so not been in the mood. I absolutely promise to pick it back up again in the new year. The funeral is on Wednesday. Just hope this snow melts by then. Very emotional at the mo. xxxxxxxxx

Hope you have as good a Christmas as possible, good luck for Wednesday (wrong term, but not sure how else to put it), and I look forward to catching up with you in 2012.
