Hazel's rough food diary

Hazel, I'm just popping bye for a visit! Your menu's are looking good. I hope you're still feeling positive today (at least you have your appetite back :) ) I'm going to read over your menus for ideas and also I'm now thinking the SW curry book is going to be next on my list!!!

Here's some costa lemon cake info for you:
lemon cake 29 each, lemon cup cake 21.5 each, low fat lemon and orange muffin 18 each
 
I always have a jacket with cheese and beans and side salad when I go out and it never effects my weight loss. Hope you have a nice time. Enjoy it hun. Maybe you could have a ham salad or a chicken salad. x

Not hungry today. Another row with dh last night. Feel sick to my stomach.

Breakfast- half a melon

Lunch - nothing

Tea - mash pizza (1x HEB + 1 HEA cheese), spicy hummous and salad

Syns: I had a hot choc made with milk (hea) and with cream - no idea so give it 10.

Snack later - might have toast with hummous. The stuff needs eating up before tomorrow.

Thanks people. We are away tomorrow and part of me is dreading it. I will do an early weigh in in the morning rather than sunday and post it up. I feel bloated but not sure why. Due on?? I'll post up tomoz. Please rememebr me in a week if I am not back on the bb as I might need shouting back!

Weighed in a day early this morn and lost another 2lb!! I feel really fat and didn't feel I'd lost anything so that is good. I'm away now for a week. If I'm not back on here by next Saturday evening then feel free to pm me and harass me. I really don't want to get off track again seeing as I'm doing alright this time. If I can get Internet access then I'll try and pop in while I'm away.

Thought some simple rules would help:

Eat loads of fruit.
Avoid choc cake crisp and junk food. Have fish and chips, ice cream and meal out but only once.
Drink lots.
Remember it is only food- just fuel to keep you going.
