Hazel's rough food diary

Thanks Keiragh. I've lost 11.5 lb in 4 weeks which is the best I have ever lost on this plan!!!! Just hope it keeps up. I am still not having many syns though and am worried if I do have any that they will make me put on straight away. I still think there is something wrong with my system lol. Could just be all the stressy stuff at the mo. xx

Or maybe it's just 'clicked' this time? It clicked with me properly in March, even tho I'd been doing it on and off for over a year. Either way that's a brill achievement, have people not been commenting on how u look?? X

Weather was brill - lots of sunshine and lots of beach.

Food and eating - not great :(

Time with hubby - not great.

Really glad to be back home and can get back on track.

Saturday 30th July GREEN

Right back on plan after eating too much ice cream, meals out, take away and Mac Donalds on way home last night - eeeekkkkk!!

Breakfast - weetabix minis (heb) and milk (hea)

Lunch - mild curry savoury rice and egg omelette sugar snap peas.

Tea - veg curry - maybe with lentils and rice Mixed pickle (1). I used 2 tbsp so that is 4 syns but I have only eaten a quarter of the pan as it made loads so Ill just call it 1.

Got no shopping in and got no car till it comes back so will look at what I can make up from the cupboards.

Drank lots today.

Hey. :( that you didn't have a great time with hubby. But good luck with your WI tomorrow, it might not be as bad as you think it is. And I hope you enjoyed the food, no matter how naughty it was :D
 
Meal ideas for next week:

Spicy hummus and roast veg cous cous and sweet pot wedges.

Harissa chicken kebabs and hummus and wedges (EE).

Chickpea baghis and salad and coleslaw.

Steak and mushrooms with philly and lots of veg.

Poss a BBQ if weather holds out.

Ouch!!!!!!! Just weighed in and put on 1.75 lbs!!!!! That's almost 2lbs. Horrid horrid. Pretty gutted.

Don't stress yourself out, it seemed like you needed a break from everything. I'm sure you can lose that by next Sunday and be back on track :) good luck, we'll all be here to support you! Xxx
