Helen's quest for good health!

You can always juggle your syns a little, you have days when you need more and days when you go under, so I wouldn't worry about it... Hope everything else works out like your friend and the cat...xx

Comes in for a flying visit

Promise if you drive past me you'll honk your horn ;)

Merry Thursday Helen

Hope your feeling a bit better today .... Yesterday was a bit blurrrr
that's for sure xx

Unfortunately still no sign of him, he's friendly although quite a scardy cat and keeps slipping his collar so I'm worried someone's taken him, we've looked on the roads and haven't seen him as Katherine thought he might have been run over, he's also chipped so I'm sure they would have been informed if he had been. Also worried someone might have taken him in as he has no collar, going to put some posters up x

Morning Helen

Lets hope putting posters up helps find kitty
It's very worrying when they go missing one of the reasons
My three are allowed in the garden only
I don't fancy there chances should they wander up to the Staines Rd
during rush hour
Beep....beep lol

Went to weigh in last night and lost a 1lb which I'm pleased about, after this weekend it'll probably go back on next week though!

Had a planned few treats after weigh in last night but was disappointed, the cheesecake wasn't all that and the sweets weren't hitting the spot.. Didn't stop eating them though doh!!

As its my birthday on Sunday I've got a few things planned, today my mate and I are going into London for afternoon tea and then going to try and get tickets for a show and a few drinkies thrown in too.

Tomorrow we've got mates coming around for a "kids party" with no kids! Going to play pass the parcel, pin the tail on the donkey, chocolate game, etc and have party food with the addition of pizza.. So naughty!

Sunday got my family coming over for dinner, so this weekend I'm going to relax and enjoy myself and have what I fancy and get straight back on track on Monday x

Thursday 8th November - Green (Leave)

Breakfast: didn't get up in time!

Lunch: lasagne (HEA + 1 1/4 HEB + 1.0)

Dinner: SW wedges, beans, cheese (HEA)

Snacks: cheesecake (9.0), pick n mix x10 sweets (20.0)

Total syns: 30.0 (106/-1.0)

So over my weekly syns by 1.0 syn but wish hadn't bothered as cheesecake wasn't worth it! X

Always worth putting a few posters out in the area... Worked when we lost Molochai years back a woman had taken him in thinking he was lost and just kept her eye out for missing posters and adverts... We have ours chipped now even though they are indoor cats...xx

Happy birthday again Helen, I hope its a fabulous one :D

Hi Helen

Just popping in xx

Thank you all for your good wishes and I'm sorry I haven't been on to reply to them, had a fab birthday weekend but found it nigh on impossible getting back on track this week.. Expecting a big gain tonight!

Had the most amazing afternoon tea in London, gave me a big sugar rush as don't think I've ever had that much in one go.. We didn't realise they would box up anything we didn't eat though so we ate it all! We had ciabattas with salami and another with haloumi (the only savoury bit!), traditional scone with clotted cream and jam, a cupcake of the day, 3 different types of brownie and marshmallow with meringue!

We then went and had cocktails in Leicester Square followed by Chinese in china town and then watched Shrek the musical, followed by a rikshaw ride back to Marylebone, a really great day out.

The next day I had friends over for the kids party mentioned above which was a good laugh but not as many games as I'd hoped but that's what happens when you chat!

Sunday my family came over for dinner and we had a lovely day together playing games.. Anyone noticing a theme here?!

This week I've been training on our new computer system.. Not impressed! Got test tomorrow as well.. Ahh! Not liking doing non shift work, I like my Lates, to top it all I've been trying to fight a cold this week too.

Something weird has happened too.. Apparently I've been nominated for Miss Slinky at group! Very confused as I'm far from slinky! I emailed my consultant and said it must have been a mistake and she said it wasn't, someone actually nominated me!! I know nothing more will come of it but its a good feeling just to have been nominated, bit embarrassed I'm going to have to stand up in front of everyone tonight though.

Apologies I don't know what any of you have been up to, I'm going to go through diaries now but think its going to take awhile as haven't been on for a week so if I don't get to yours today please don't be offended but hope you're all well x
