Snacks: 30g cheddar (HEA), grapes, blueberries, lychees
Drinks: squash, black coffee
Total syns; 9.5

Breakfast: beans and cheese on toast (HEB + 2.5), banana
Lunch: speed soup
Dinner: chicken wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with whole grain mustard, chilli and cheese (HEA + 1.0), roasted vegetables
Snacks: crabsticks, mint (0.5)
Drinks: squash
Total syns: 4.0

Wednesday 9th January - Extra Easy (E2)
Breakfast: 30g all bran golden crunch (HEB), banana, ff vanilla yogurt
Lunch: speed soup
Dinner: toad in the hole (1/2 HEA + 9.5) with onion gravy, mash potato, green beans
Snacks: crabsticks, banana, 15g cheddar (1/2 HEA), rolo square (2.5), chilli chocolate (4.0)
Drinks: black coffee, squash
Total syns: 16.0
OMG I have lost 6lb!!
Think that's the biggest loss I've ever had, thanks for all your messages this week, kept me motivated.
So the change to normal was mixing up my breakfasts to make sure I didn't keep eating the same thing, religiously synning bread if not using a 400g loaf, quite a bit of fish, speed soup, more super free and eating more!
I'm so happy and need to keep that focus going for this week.
Thursday 10th January - Extra Easy (E1)
Breakfast: magic porridge (6.0), blueberries
Lunch: red salmon sandwich (HEB + 0.5)
Dinner: chicken wrapped in Parma ham with cheese, chilli & mustard (HEA + 1.0), roasted vegetables
Snacks: chicken, grapes, banana, 2x chocolates (2.0), 25g 70% chocolate (7.0)
Drinks: water, squash
Total syns: 16.5 (oh well it's weigh day!)

Right sorry everyone for being awol.. Again! I really don't know how I had the time, all I seem to do is work, cook and sleep!
Had a couple of days off last week and because Mark was off too we did bits together so I didn't get on here then either.
Been on plan this week but not as much fish and no speed soup so guessing I won't get as good loss as last week but any loss will be good.
The reason I have time today to catch up is I'm sitting in hospital waiting to see my consultant so thought I'd make the most of my time.
Quick run down of my days off, went to Yo Sushi and it was lovely and fairly low syns too, also had a cheap date Saturday, cooked curry instead of eating out and then went to cinema, we walked there and got one free ticket so it cost us a whole £4 each! We then went to pub after but I stuck to soda water to stay on plan.
So off to catch up with as many people as I can now x
