Right guys I am firmly back on track, weighed last night and am back in the 15's.. Well in fact I'm quite along way into them! I'm up to 15 6.5lb.. The one good thing is I'm dead on 2stone loss, I had got down to 3 stone loss in April just before Turkey so in the last 8 months I've put on a stone despite loosely sticking to SW but its not good, I am the same weight I was last year so in a year I've sts oops!
Obviously I've had more bad days than good this past year what with 2 all inclusive holidays too and I've done a bit of research on cortisone injections and as I've had 4 and apparently they were large doses some people do gain weight but I'm not blaming them because if I'd stuck to SW properly then I would have been alright.
So 2013 I'm going to try harder.. Please someone remind me of this!
So guys I'm trying to get to grips with my new phone, it's android as I was bored of iPhone but think I might be regretting it! I do like it but not sure how everything works yet and can't work out how to multi quote either or can't you do that?
It's my beautiful grandson Jake's birthday today, love him to bits, got his party tomorrow before my Late shift and I'm avoiding all the party food!
