Happy New Year, thanks to all of you for your lovely messages, sorry I'm such a crap mini's friend, the last couple of weeks have been non stop.

Had my first day off today and did.. Nothing! Should have caught up on here but just watched tv instead and loved every minute and caught up on very much needed sleep, slept for about 10 hours which is very unlike me.

On the way up to London now to catch up with some friends I didn't get to see before Christmas as December was so busy.

I got back on plan on 27th but it went out the window NYE as my friend cooked dinner and then after only a couple of hours sleep I worked NYD and had a fry up and then a naughty roast dinner at the MIL's after work, weigh in tomorrow and then I really must face the music and do SW properly.

I will catch up with you all when I can but in the mean time big hugs for all your support this year x

Happy New Year! I have just been catching up on the last month or so of your diary, I have been AWOL recently - not doing anything spectacular but just been basically abandoning my diary and everyone else's.

Anyway I hope you are back on track after Christmas and New Year and all that comes with it.

Right guys I am firmly back on track, weighed last night and am back in the 15's.. Well in fact I'm quite along way into them! I'm up to 15 6.5lb.. The one good thing is I'm dead on 2stone loss, I had got down to 3 stone loss in April just before Turkey so in the last 8 months I've put on a stone despite loosely sticking to SW but its not good, I am the same weight I was last year so in a year I've sts oops!

Obviously I've had more bad days than good this past year what with 2 all inclusive holidays too and I've done a bit of research on cortisone injections and as I've had 4 and apparently they were large doses some people do gain weight but I'm not blaming them because if I'd stuck to SW properly then I would have been alright.

So 2013 I'm going to try harder.. Please someone remind me of this!

So guys I'm trying to get to grips with my new phone, it's android as I was bored of iPhone but think I might be regretting it! I do like it but not sure how everything works yet and can't work out how to multi quote either or can't you do that?

It's my beautiful grandson Jake's birthday today, love him to bits, got his party tomorrow before my Late shift and I'm avoiding all the party food!

Had a very fishy day today lol

Smoked salmon, 40g light Philadelphia (just over 1/2 HEA), 2x wholemeal bread (HEB)

Prawns, jacket potato, seafood sauce (2.0), salad

Dinner:
Cod, SW chips, mushy peas, gherkins, 1/2 tbsp tartar sauce (1.5), 2tbsp ketchup (1.0)

Snacks:
Prawns
Grapes

Drinks:
Squash
Water
Diet ginger beer
