Thank you so much for finding me :)

look at your weight loss since my last visit - you have been so focussed well done - and on this weeks weigh in

and a new baby in the family - that will keep you busy with baby sitting duties :)

I don't think I've lost much since you were last on, although I've lost a lovely amount since Christmas I'm still aiming to get back to my 3 stone award.

No babysitting yet.. Wait until he's a little older, we have Jake to stay sometimes and he loves it but Evie hasn't yet as she's a tad clingy as Lizzi rarely leaves them x

Just a quickie as not long home from work and need to be back up again at 4.30.

Made a gorgeous fruit salad out of Extra Easy Entertaining recipe book, the sugar definitely made it.

Took all my night stuff, wash gear and food for tomorrow with me to work incase snow was really bad and couldn't get home but as it turned out it was just a little flurry.

Friday 25th January - EE (L1)

Breakfast: mackerel on toast (HEB)

Lunch: mugshot, spicy chicken

Dinner: cottage pie (1/2 HEA), fruit salad with ginger, lime & mint sugar (0.5)

Snacks: Freddo bar (4.5)

Drinks: black coffee, squash

Total syns: 5.0

Sleep well Helen, foods looking great! Hope the snow doesn't come down anymore, I've taken a suitcase to work for the last few weeks just incase as I've been snowed in there twice and it's not nice at all especially without wash stuff and clothes!

Hoping nobody gets snowed in anywhere!

I don't envy you that early start Helen
thankfully we were spared the heavy snow
last night and though cold the sun is out today :)
Food looking yummy there :)

Hi Helen

Wow excellent work on the great weight losses. Brilliant stuff! You seem to be really committed and your food sounds so tasty.

How exciting having a new step- grand daughter. Very cute photo too!

Hope the snow has stayed away from you. It seemed fine last night at heathrow. Feel for you though.

Hope you have a good weekend x

I've had "snow" clothes in car for the last couple of weeks in case I got stranded in my car but thought I best take wash stuff as well as like you it's not good without it, I had to stay in a hotel once with some UM's who were stranded and felt disgusting the next day with no clean underwear, makeup etc and having to get back into my uniform x

It was sleet when I was driving home last night and then turned to heavy rain and has washed away lots of the snow.. Hopefully no floods up your way.. Or anywhere! X

No cards, wouldn't even think they make them!

I thought it was the tradition that day to send cards, what do you do? X

Lovely 40 winks had here! Busy at work and going round my friends tonight but still need to be up at 3.30am tomorrow so thought I'd catch an hour in my sleep bank.

My friend is the one doing SW and usually uses any excuse to be off plan however she came around the other night and asked me for some SW curry recipes, she says she is doing us a SW meal, I feel pleased about that.. Just see what happens when I go in there in a minute!

There was loads of free food at work today as OCIC was deactivated so they gave it all to us, people were hoarding around it like they've never eaten before! I avoided it but then someone put a twix on my desk, I thought I'd give it to Mark but when I got home with the munchies we had half each, wasn't worth 7 syns, I know today I am going to go over syns but I'm not going to worry about it, I didn't have loads yesterday so might do my syns weekly and see how I get on x

Saturday 26th January - EE (E2)

Breakfast: 30g All Bran Golden Crunch (HEB), ff vanilla yogurt, banana

Lunch: speed soup, fruit salad with ginger, mint and lime sugar (1.0)

Dinner: spinach and chickpea curry (coconut 2.0?), poppadom (4.0), mango chutney (2.0)

Snacks: twix (7.0), ham, spicy chicken, handful of crisps (5.0?)

Drinks: squash, soda water, sf lime cordial, glass of white wine (9.0)

Total syns: 30.0?

Well done staying away from the rest of the food at work x

If you do your syns weekly (our C says that's ok) then you'll be fine :)

Cheers hunny, I wasn't even tempted which was the best thing, felt proud of myself, shouldn't have taken twix for Mark, should have just left it at work or given it all to him rather than have half.

I've got to go out now so have a good evening x

Aaah I'm in loo texting this, but we haven't even eaten yet! I've eaten some crisps as I'm so hungry... This isn't good!
