Cheers guys I'm fine I was just so hungry, back home now but feel too full to sleep! Good night just wish I could have stayed longer x

Yuck! Feel like poo lol, so tired and eating so late wasn't good.. Have popped a deflatine in to see if it helps.

As I left last night I said it would be funny if they were still up when I got up for work.. Just text them and they're just going to bed!!

Hope you had a nice eve aside from the unplanned munch. I don't know about sw but on ww I did my points wkly rather than daily. It's more like real life - one day more, next day cut back etc. Hope work isn't too grim now the snow is clearing x

It was a lovely evening, so lovely I didn't want to leave!

It's true about true life as sometimes you feel like eating more than others so going to try that this week.

Works fine, busy but nothing to do with the snow, I didn't stop today but it was quite good as it kept me going x

hope the deflatine had the desired effect

have a good day today at work
Hxx

Made me feel less bloated but had to run in to Tesco on way home from work to use their loo.. Tummy really not been good the last few days.

Work was good but busy, I actually love work despite what I sometimes say x

Lovely 40 winks had here! Busy at work and going round my friends tonight but still need to be up at 3.30am tomorrow so thought I'd catch an hour in my sleep bank.

My friend is the one doing SW and usually uses any excuse to be off plan however she came around the other night and asked me for some SW curry recipes, she says she is doing us a SW meal, I feel pleased about that.. Just see what happens when I go in there in a minute!

There was loads of free food at work today as OCIC was deactivated so they gave it all to us, people were hoarding around it like they've never eaten before! I avoided it but then someone put a twix on my desk, I thought I'd give it to Mark but when I got home with the munchies we had half each, wasn't worth 7 syns, I know today I am going to go over syns but I'm not going to worry about it, I didn't have loads yesterday so might do my syns weekly and see how I get on x

I'm still awake trying to catch up! Really am going to try sleeping soon though.

I'd like to say lunch was good but I found the samphire too salty for my liking so don't think I'll do it again x

Ah it can be...there is a knack to cooking it I always presoak it first and roast it in the oven

Yesterday's shift went remarkably quickly considering I was up at 4.30 am and didn't get home until gone midnight, was still awake early though but lied in and had a bit more of a doze.

Despite more goodies at work I stayed on plan, off today and being lazy at the moment.

Perhaps I will try it again and have it like that, do you then just reheat at work or have it cold? What do you serve yours with? X

Yes I then reheat in micro as needed Helen
It does go more with fishy things
first time I had it I thought it was horrid lol

Ooh you've got me dreaming about boulangere potatoes. Lovely stuff. Hope you're enjoying your day off Helen x
