I do hope the issues will be resolved soon - so much stress - and that can really affect the bp - does he know just HOW high it is I do know people who have been signed off it is is hight - just until it is under control

Thanks girls, means a lot that you've popped in to seen how I'm doing. . Woke up (been on nights) with the urge to pop on here.

Really don't have time to catch up but going on holiday at weekend and pray they have wifi as might be able to spend time reading what you've all been up to. Hope everyone is okay x

Hi guys I'm back, had a lovely holiday in Turkey, weather was warm/hot without being sweltering. Despite going on an All Inclusive which I didn't really want to do I was actually rather good, had water most of the day with the occasional fanta at lunch, evenings I had a cocktail maybe 4 times in the whole week but the rest of the time stuck to vodka so less syns. Let Mark go on his own for cake in the afternoons as went once with the intention of having nothing and ended up with waffles so thought its best not to see and be tempted!

Had lots of fish, chicken and salads.. Despite all this I weighed on my Mums scales and had gained 9lb! Not going to worry about it, I will get it off this year as got straight back on plan, not like last year.

Whilst I was away I was thinking about things and realised how unfit I am, I use the excuse of my back/hip and lack of time but need to do something about it as get out of breath walking up stairs or hills which really isn't good. The gym doesn't motivate me and decided on boot camp! Popped into a gym yesterday and they said they had a course starting 6.30am this morning, I bit the bullet and joined, still need to sort shifts for the 6 week course but went for my first session this morning. This course is going to be biggest loser style so we all got weighed and measured and then did tests to see how many reps we could do of squats, burpees, lunges, press ups, crunches etc. found it really hard but people were nice. Bit achy now so dread to think what I'm going to feel like later!

Things still not sorted with Lizzi, poor thing needs a break, just wish we could have taken her and the kids with us, have got Evie again tomorrow whilst Jake is at school to give her time to do bits.

My intention when I was away was to catch up with all your diaries whilst lying on the sunbed apart from I couldn't get the wifi outside and in the evenings we were socialising so that went out the window! Just about to do some gardening whilst we've got some sun but will try to get on here tonight even if I have to do one diary a night. Was supposed to be going out but just want a chill out evening of doing nothing.

Holiday sounds fab, Well done for being good foodwise and not going through the cocktail menu every day (which is what I would have done!) 9lbs is pish, it will be water retention, you were so good on holiday it won't take long to get it back off again, specifically as you've got straight back on plan, enjoy bootcamp, hope your not aching too much tomorrow ;) xxx
