Had my injection today and actually feel... Well hip is not actually aching just feels sore and stiff where needle went in so all being well, and positive thinking I am on the mend yippee!
Another 100% day too, parents stayed for dinner after hospital and they actually enjoyed SW meal, they may be swaying to join!
Breakfast and lunch all made for tomorrow, shirt ironed.. Roll on 4.30am! X
