Monday 20th February - Red (Early shift)

Breakfast: banana, BLT (HEB + 0.5)
Tomato (s), lettuce (s)

Lunch: salmon (1.0), lettuce (s), tomato (s), cucumber (s), red cabbage (s), pickled onion (s), gherkin (s), carrot (s)

Dinner: lemon and garlic roast chicken bake
Lemon (ss), red onion (s), baby carrots (s), BNS (s), courgettes (s), chicken (s)

Snacks: cockles (ss), 2x alpen lights (HEB), vanilla yogurt

Drinks: herbal tea, water, squash, options indulgence (3.0 + 1/2 HEA)

Total syns: 4.5

Thank you, just feeling really good about it this week, thinking its because I'm really going back to basics this week and enjoying checking which foods are Super Speed etc.

Going out to dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a few years tomorrow evening, no idea where we're going but hoping that by going out I can hopefully choose something not too bad whereas if she cooked I wouldn't have any choice. Also out Wednesday evening for Tapas, not the best thing when on SW but I want to try and not be tempted and to chose wisely as really want a good loss this week.

Enjoy Helen... Time out with friends is important, especially with someone you haven't seen for a while, and you shouldn't see it as a test, do it and enjoy it, one night out is not a disaster, we all need a break now and again... xx

Sorry I didn't get a chance to get on yesterday, should have gone to my diary first as commented on a couple and then had no time to get on mine!

On Monday night I forgot to say I did 1/2 hour Davina DVD, it was only 1/2hr but can feel it in my calves today.

Yesterday I was on plan during the day then my intentions of being good went out the window, because I wanted to please someone else! We went for Greek and I thought I could have something fairly healthy like the grilled meat with a salad but my friend who has never eaten Greek food really wanted to try a mezze.. You have to have a minimum of 2 people to have a mezze so guess what? Yep I said I'd have it too.. Was really nice but felt guilty during and after eating it.

Was really nice to catch up with her, she's my friends ex wife and haven't seen her for nearly 3 years and haven't spoken to her for 2 years, we've always sent Christmas and birthday cards but 3 times we've gone to meet up and haven't been able to so never thought it would happen, got there at just before 3pm and didn't leave hers until 9pm! (I'd been up at 3.30am for work and didn't get home until after 10pm.. Was like doing a Double shift!).

She has cancer, was having chemo last year and then yesterday started radiotherapy.. But she didn't tell me that until we were out walking the puppy and she was breathless and tired! It was so lovely to meet up with her.

Tonight meeting up with a friend I used to work with and her hubby, haven't seen them for about 6 months (don't the months just fly by?) so looking forward to that too but in the meantime my house needs a thorough clean but all I want to do is relax today!

Tuesday 21st February - Extra Easy (Early)

Breakfast: American pancakes (1/2 HEB + 0.5), raspberries (ss), chocolate philli (4.5)

Lunch: mediterranean roasted vegetable soup

Dinner: mezze (too many syns!)

Snacks: apple

Total syns: too many!

Hey Lisa, do you mean test myself because I'm going out so much? My social life has gone mad lately but it's lovely catching up with people x

Thank you hunny, it was my NY resolution to make sure I caught up with friends I haven't seen for a while.. Shame they don't live closer so I could cook them SW meals! X
 
Bless my lovely husband, he's cooked me SW fry up (he doesn't know I'd intended to do Davina DVD before breakie and keep my options open for what plan to be on!) x
 
Wednesday 22nd February

Breakfast: bacon, baked beans (ss), tomatoes (s), mushrooms (s)
Lunch:

Lunch: baked bacon & mushroom risotto, 15g Parmesan (1/2 HEA)

Dinner: tapas (far too many syns!)

Snacks:

Drinks: squash, 2x diet coke

Total syns: too many again!
