How did it go? Did you enjoy it? X

Ok I think I did it right my C had a look at my food diary and saw no problems... I haven't had my usual problems like on a red day, but apart from today have stuck with fish and chicken and Quorn... So it is an option I can stick with, and have green days when I am mega hungry, ie the week before * week

Do you not like porridge?? I can only eat it with 1 tsp golden syrup (1 syn) and a big handful of frozen blueberries stirred in :D

Good luck for WI xxxxxxxxxxx

I've tried it a couple of times as magic porridge and it was okay, tried it with milk today and when I took it out of the microwave I heaved, I tried my best to eat it but it was so bland despite the fact it was apple & raisin flavour and had fresh fruit in it.. Give me a bacon sarnie anyday! X

well done! thats fab :)

porridge is something we like or hate I believe. I never used to like it but I do now  but I would hate it plain it has to have that tsp of golden syrup and my handful of frozen blueberries stirred in. x

I think it's an aquired taste, at least I've learnt to like magic porridge but seeing I don't like milk it was a bit much I think expecting to like "normal" porridge! X

Busy day at work, have updated my food but am comfortably full and still have 1/2 HEA left and haven't used any syns! Won't get home until about 23.30 ish so might have a hot chocolate, might not worry too much about the lack of syns as will make it up later in the week as supposed to be going out Wednesday evening.

Quite enjoying doing something different but am having Extra Easy day tomorrow as eating a lasagne that I've already made x

Morning Helen x

Have a great weekend :)
