Sorry for being AWOL last few days just really didn't have time to catch up, have really enjoyed being back on plan, quickly weighed in last night but couldn't stay but bumped into a girl who lost 9 1/2lb this week! She got rushed into hospital last week, had a massive ovarian cyst and when they took it out it was the size of an American football! I could do with losing one of those this week lol, seriously though she is okay x

Tuesday 8th May - Extra Easy (Late shift)

Breakfast: ww petit pan (HEB), bacon, spinach, tomato, 1tbsp el mayo (0.5)

Lunch: square wrap (8.0), tomato purée, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushrooms, pepper, 45g rf cheddar (HEA)

Dinner: chicken biryani, Indian salad

Snacks: chocolate mallow (3.0), grapes, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple

Total syns: 11.5


Wednesday 9th May - Extra Easy (Late shift)

Breakfast: American pancakes (1/2 HEB), chocolate philli (4.5), banana

Lunch: jacket potato, 22g rf cheddar (1/2 HEA), baked beans, tomatoes

Dinner: chilli (1.5), rice, 23g rf cheddar (1/2 HEA), salad

Snacks: harvest morn bar (1/2 HEB), chocolate mallow (3.0)

Total syns: 9.0


Thursday 10th May - Extra Easy (Early shift)

Breakfast: grapes, pineapple, strawberry, blueberries, Greek muller yoghurt (0.5)

Lunch: Mediterranean soup

Dinner: pizza, biscuits blah blah blah.. Naughty but nice after weigh in
 
Friday 11th May - Extra Easy (Early shift)

Breakfast: didn't have any, wasn't hungry and usually just eat anyway but didn't!

Lunch: pastrami salad, 2tbsl el mayo (1.0)

Dinner: cheese and ham Kiev (cheese 3.5 + 1.5 breadcrumbs), SW wedges, baked beans

Snacks: pineapple, hifi bar (HEB), muller milk shake (HEA)

Total syns: 6.0

Thanks everyone, food has been yummy, stayed on to do overtime after my Early shift so quite tired now and also had a late dinner, looking forward to my 3 days off now and have got to stay on plan the rest of the week too as want a good loss, didn't get shift change Thursday so need to try and get to another class if I can.

Saturday 12th May - Extra Easy (Early/Part Late shift)

Breakfast: BLT (HEB + mayo 0.5)

Lunch: ham salad (mayo 1.0)

Dinner: steak, onions, rosemary & garlic potatoes, salad, 3tbsp ketchup (1.5)

Snacks: banana, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, muller Greek yogurt (0.5), muller milkshake (HEA), chocolate mallow (3.0)

Total syns: 6.5
 
Yummy food again! Looks like were both going for it again now, welcome back partner :D
 
Busy day.. Cleaning! Still got loads to do but getting there, makes such a difference not having to tidy up first and actually being able to get on with the cleaning.

The lamb we had was gorgeous and worth the syns.

Sunday 13th May - Extra Easy (OFF)

Breakfast: banana

Lunch: pasta n sauce (1/2 HEA), salad

Dinner: lamb cooked in cider (6.0 for cider), mash potato (milk 1/2 HEA), broccoli, peas, carrots

Snacks: hifi bar (HEB)

Total syns: 6.0
 
Ooh yummy food again! I can't wait till I can just clean my house rather than tidy first!! Its like a never ending battle at mine, I go from one side of the room to the other tidying turn round and it doesn't even look like Ive touched it!
