Sorry for being AWOL last few days just really didn't have time to catch up, have really enjoyed being back on plan, quickly weighed in last night but couldn't stay but bumped into a girl who lost 9 1/2lb this week! She got rushed into hospital last week, had a massive ovarian cyst and when they took it out it was the size of an American football! I could do with losing one of those this week lol, seriously though she is okay x

Breakfast: American pancakes (1/2 HEB), chocolate philli (4.5), banana
Lunch: jacket potato, 22g rf cheddar (1/2 HEA), baked beans, tomatoes
Dinner: chilli (1.5), rice, 23g rf cheddar (1/2 HEA), salad
Snacks: harvest morn bar (1/2 HEB), chocolate mallow (3.0)

Thursday 10th May - Extra Easy (Early shift)
Breakfast: grapes, pineapple, strawberry, blueberries, Greek muller yoghurt (0.5)
Lunch: Mediterranean soup
Dinner: pizza, biscuits blah blah blah.. Naughty but nice after weigh in
