Wow go Helen
Well done for being so strong and determined
and sticking two proverbial fingers up at that dirty devil
that sits on your shoulder

Aah thanks Kally, was just about to pop over and see how the wedding went, hope it all went well x

Morning Helen x

What are the rosemary and onion red sausages?

Hi Lynne, they're Linda McCartney frozen and are not too bad, especially considering they're free, obviously I'd rather have meat ones but have to say I'd get these again x

Oooh did you give in to McD's? Are those salads free?

I had the alpen light, not really because I was hungry but because I wanted another 100% day and I would have been 1/2 HEB short! X

There not free trying to find syns and the only syns I could find was 1.5 but for a macdonalds even a salad it doesn't seem right!

Don't know what's come over me.. My house is completely decluttered! Have spent all week just doing it slowly (in fact I've spent the last year but this last week has been finishing off), it's really dirty still and need to now its completely clear get down to the deep clean, what used to happen is I'd want to clean but it was too cluttered so would spend my days off clearing rather than cleaning.

My plan is (as long as I can keep it clear for the next 6 days!) on my days off next week, pick a room and give it a good clean, skirting boards, etc. and the following week pick another room until they're all clean and then hopefully pick up good routines such as Flylady to keep the house clean.

Well that's the plan whether it actually happens or not I'm not sure but totally chuffed just looking around and liking the house.

Dinner is cooking now and smells yummy, it's Jamie Oliver's Empire Roast, having to syn flour and some olive oil but rest is free, Mark is cooking, I'm supervising! He doesn't usually cook so it's nice for a change just to watch.

Hope everyone's having a good weekend x

That sounds good if it's right, if there's no dressing it shouldn't be bad x

Thanks, I will have a look out for them, as you say, worth a go if they are free!

I'd love to do a car boot as never done one before but I've ended up getting rid of the stuff as I was fed up with it hanging around, I'd kept it so long and just wanted it gone in the end (what's happening to me?!), sold some on eBay, charity shop loads, given stuff away and thrown some stuff. I've just got one drawer left of stuff I might eBay and if that doesn't sell I'll be just getting rid of it and there's also a couple of things in loft.

The loft is a tip though and needs sorting sometime.

It feels good having a clear out doesn't it? Makes me feel lighter lol.

Feeling happy about being back on plan, it's going to be day 3 of 100% by the end of the day x

That's amazing! I have 2 bags of clothes in the bath! And have a wardrobe to clear out. Plus Elliott has loads of computer stuff he's going to sort out too.

I did eBay a few things but I find it a hassle and have no room to keep stuff! Anyway you can be my decluttering mentor!!!

3 days in plan sounds great - maybe you don't just feel lighter ;)

I'd like to think I am lighter too!

In the bath?! Is that a temporary measure or do I need a nose peg?!

I promise you will feel great once it's all gone, I look around the house in amazement, and we've kept the lounge tidy for about a year now, it's great being able to open the front door (which is in our lounge) without having to worry about people seeing. Contemplating getting a cleaner in to do a spring clean and then try and keep it clean but then I just think I should just do it myself! X

Lol! No hopefully no nose peg required! We have a bathroom with a bath in it that we don't use and a shower in the ensuite in the bedroom that we do use! So the bath is used for towels that need washing and anything else I can't think of where else to dump - ie bags of clothes! It also has a fan in it now!

I think a cleaner for the deep clean is perfectly acceptable but I have a hunch you want to do it yourself just so you can feel satisfied it was done by you ;)

Ha ha I had to laugh at that, I suppose it would be an achievement but also not sure if I would trust someone in the house, I don't know why but I'm really funny about leaving people in the house, I think their going to snoop around!

Your task this month is to clear that bath lol x

Sunday 6th May - Extra Easy (OFF)

Breakfast: grapes, blueberries, strawberries, muller Greek yogurt (0.5)

Lunch: WW petit pan (HEB), leftover KFC chicken (4.0), 1 tbsp mayo (0.5), corn on cob

Dinner: empire roast chicken, Bombay potato (oil 4.0), gravy (flour 5.0)

Snacks: banana, muller milkshake (HEA)

Total syns: 14.0

The Empire roast was delicious, shouldn't have had so many syns as gravy was supposed to serve 4 however Mark didn't reduce it so it was lovely and thick so we ate it just between the two of us. Definitely worth the syns, gorgeous meal.

The muller milkshake was nice again too x

Food was yummy x

We have a house guest this weekend.. My sisters cat, who has decided to have me up since 4am again running around like a mad thing as I won't let him out! Wouldn't mind so much but first shift back today after 3 weeks off and wanted to be refreshed but I don't start until 4.30pm, I'll be exhausted by then!
