Omg not visited in a few days and your marathon cooking, spring cleaning and now running !!!!! Fantastic motivation there Helen your on a mission well done !!!
Hope it helps your hip, and don't worry about time it's doing it that counts and everyone has to start somewhere so well done for doing it
