Help, think i'm going wrong!

Hiya,

weighed myself this morning and put on a pound, but being doing really well.
Dont understand this, ive been having my three meals, no snacks yesterday cos wasnt hungry, drinking loads of water. Please help
Heres yesterdays meals

b: 1 bacon, 1 sausage, omlette with spinach and bacon bits
l: ham and other meats with salad
d: fried egg, bacon, spinach and steak

That looks OK to me Diane, stick with it love, your weight will vary from day to day love.
 
i put on a lb since yesterday too :( stop weighing ourselves!!!!
 
Well I beat you I've put on 2 lbs!!

And tomorrow that could be gone along with some more.... if your going to weigh more than once a week you will see some quite big fluctuations but don't let it worry you or you'll have to hide the scales. xx

yeah it must be, i feel like ive lost though thats why i weighed myself, but done 35 mins of cardio so hopefully will
help.
im knackered though now.
Hopefully sat i will have lost some fingers crossed.
One good thing about this though it made me want to work out lol.

Ooo Ooo could it be that u worked out yesterday thats caused it? I think Ive read that somewhere.....
