Lunch: left over Indian

Dinner: Sw salt n chilli chicken with noodles and mayflower curry.

Snack: Pancake Tuesday so pancakes and Nutella

2 litres of water

Exercise: 769 calories burned by swimming, gym and cleaning

Week 4 day 1

Weight: 10.1 again. Was off plan all week. Just to birthday and valentines days.

Only night off this week will be sat and it will be sushi

Day 1

Breakfast: all bran and milk (hexa and b) choc shot (2)

Lunch: slimming world meal

Snack: Nutella (10)

Dinner: 1/2 chicken tikka meal and rice

2 litres of water
2 hour walk

Everything I eat I log into my fitness pal and I'm usually around the 1200 mark which is prefect for me :) if I do get hungry I just add in some free snacks then update my diary :) thank u x

Day 2

Breakfast: boiled egg, melon, hifi light (Hexb)

Lunch: slimming world meal

Dinner: Sw meal.

All night paranormal investigation. 3 slices of pizza, two biscuits and diet coke around 3am on sat morning.

2 litres if water. And a lot of walking til 5 am lol

Day 3

First ate around 3pm. So lunch was Sw meal, 2 fairy cakes.

Dinner was birthday meal out. Sushi and duck platter shared. And rib eye stick with mushroom for main.

Slice of cake and bottle of wine.

2 litres of water.

Day 4

Breakfast: whole toast (Hexb)with egg and butter (1)

Lunch: subway salad. With tikka chicken. Light mayo (3) hot sauce (1) cheese (hexa) malteser bunny (8)

Snack: strawberries, blueberries and grapes

Dinner: chicken veg soup.

Snack: melon and strawberries

3 litres of water
3 green tea

Day 5

Breakfast: all bran and milk with choc shot (hexa and b) (2)

Lunch: Slice of pizza (9) and blueberries

Snack: chocolate (4)

Dinner: chicken breast, rice , three strawberries

2 green tea
2 litres of water

30 minute walk

Breakfast: 2 weetabix and mill (hexa and b)

Lunch: 2 boiler eggs, whole meal toast with butter (8) veg soup

Dinner: Sw bolengese and pasta.
Free from gluten roll (5) cheese (4)

SnackS: rice cakes with chocolate. Hob knob and glass of wine.
2 litres of water.

2 hrs walk

Ok bad day. But in fairness I counted calories and mfp says im still under calorie goal. So taking that in mind and totm being here and having to sit up late to do an essay I'm pleased I didn't turn to bars of chocolate when I was craving

Just back from London. Which consisted of lots of drink and bad food. Eek lol so I hsve broke out the shakes and water and going to do exante to detox and get weight back down into healthy bmi. Continuing to attend Sw weigh ins as well.
