Thursday:
Breakfast- strawberrys, kiwi, apple, 1mullerlight sprinkled with nutmeg.

Dinner: chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber with carrot sticks in 3 slices of ww brown danish and 1 tsp of light mayo 1syn.

Tea: Quorn bolognese on pasta with 28g of cheese

- and then the easter bunny found me. 20syns. :mad: gutted.


Back on track 100% today.
Friday
Breakfast; Porridge & Milk HEB &HEA, Strawberrys, rasberrys, blueberrys, sweetener & Honey (1syn)

Dinner: Pasta,Tuna, Red pepper, spring onion, cucumber, tomatoes Mayo (1syn)
Followed by 2 chopped apples, grapes, 1 pink grapefruit, 2 kiwi fruits and an orange.

Mid afternoon: 2 apples, 1 orange and 1 plum.


Tea: Chinese five spice chicken stirfry (chicken, cabbbage, carrot, red onion, baby whole corn, spring onion,brocolie, bean sprouts, soy sauce, noodles, chinese 5spice, cinnamon, mid chilli powder)

- Iv drank 1.5ltrs of water a day, along with 2 glasses of diet pepsi, and maybe one of water made with ribena really light. i went for a walk after my sunday lunch for an hour on the common and walked all day monday at weston super mare :eek: not sure about possible outcome Wi wise this week, i was good bar when the easter bunny found me!
 
You look like you've done really well hun, your highest syn day was only 16 wasn't it? You should be proud of that, sure you'll be rewarded with well deserved loss this week. :)
 
hey guys, sorry i havnt been on to update.

I lost half a lb this week, which im chuffed with. That makes me 9 stone 13.5lbs cant wait for that to be 9 stone 8.5 lbs.

i have however, come down really really sick. Wednesday night i drove up to clevedon to meet my OH at his parents for the night after my meal with my wife after fat club, (still sticking with the no takeaway) so i made loaded potatoe wedges) i was aware i was uncomfortable and couldnt sleep, then bang.. 6am, i got sick, really sick. never been so sick, ever. Its awful, every hour on the hour. I didnt eat anything, stopped being sick at 11am, thought great, tried a mullerlight at 2, .. by 4 i had puked the entire lot up again, i hadnt got anything left in my body at all.. but somehow i was still sick again 3 times after. mostly just the water. OH had to drive my car home and i went to bed at 6, was sick again at 7 and thankgoodness, i havnt been sick since and iv managed to have some decent sleep, although i feel so exhausted, i got a shower and dried my hair, and now i feel like i need to sleep another 48hours straight LOL. iv managed some porridge as my HEB and some water this morning and all is looking well. I'm gutted as the weather is beautiful and i cant enjoy it.. im hoping im on the up and its just a 48 hour bug!
 
Sounds like food poisoning hun - what was the space between eating and being sick and what was in your loaded skins?? (I've not got a sicky fetish - just did a degree in food science so want to work out what did it, hehe).

Glad the porridge has stayed down though, make sure you rest lots xx
 
I had red onion, bacon and vlf natural yoghurt in it.. i was certain i cooked the bacon 100% as my friend is pregnant so im even more so carful now!


my Boss had menioned on tuesday that her little boy had had V&D all over the bank hol weekend, he then came to class on tuesday afternoon.. so maybe i caught it from him, thats the only thing i can think of!

i am much better today, no sick today yet. Just wish i could get out of the house, and im missing work. :( bah. x

T: (hopefully) syn free homemade chicken curry and brown rice. VLF natural yogurt. Possibly 1 mini morrisons onion bhaji (2 syns) maybe some mango chuctney 1tsp (2syns) and i might consider a few choc dipped strawbs i made if i can stomach any more.

I really hope so, im desperate to eat somthing proper.. and its going to be so yummy LOL
 
Oh my the syn free curry was amazing ( i am going to post recipe as soon as i get it from my sister) i had it with brown rice.. 2 mini onion bhajis (4syns) a tsp of mango chuctney (2) and a few tiny bits of naan which im counting 5 for. It was lovley, and i totally over did it, after a few days of hardly anything i think my stomach was in shock LOL it was very lovley though.

today my eating is almost there.. i am eating reguarly, but can only handle one 'normal big' meal rather than 3 mains.

Yay!! 1.5lbs off this week..

5 weeks loss continually, im finally back on track!!


That takes me to 4stone 10.5lbs... 3.5lbs off of 5 stone.. im so proud of myself.


Back on track again this week.

heres to another 100% week (without the sickness im hoping!) :D:D:D:D
 
Ah! i see.. not ubrupt, it just seemed a random Q and i was worryed i'd missed somthing in the convo! lol

- When i first started, my only aim was to be a size 12, never a 10.. i didnt want to be a 10. . i had a rough weight idea of 9stone 10lbs, but that was just what i thought would take me to a 12... i hit a 12 a long time ago and realised i could go smaller and would like too, plus i wasnt a 'healthy' weight still.. and i realised i did want to a be a 10, i was just scared of it! so i kept going and called target at 4 and a half stone.. 10 stone 1lbs. iv maintained for almost 9months now, but iv realised i would like to just have a little bit more off.. so im heading for my 5stone award.. and thats it.. no more, no lower.. but il be healthy, and a really comfortable 10. :)

(granted it was a big mix up with HEB's involved) but i cant afford a gain so close to target, it'd really knock my confidence. .
