WELL!
I have not been able to get online as OH had the work laptop and was staying away last night.
Half a flipping pound Can you actually believe it!!!!??? half a pound.. could have pooed that out!!! was not very impressed. C said that food diary was 100% but that clearly it doesnt work as-well for me as EE does, and that atleast i got my head back in the right mindset- now after staying for class, i realise i have not 100% given my body a chance to catch up with the changes already, and although i put my heart and soul into this week, and so of course am dissapointed.. im just gunna keep chipping away at this last bit.. i was very upset, but im back on track..

Breakfast.
2 syn free warm spiced pancakes ( made as usual but with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon ) with strawberrys and grapes, and chopped banana and a mullerlight.
Dinner: 1 whole meal pitta HEB, cut in half a topped with passata, ham, pepperoni (1) and cheese HEA and a salad. Lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
Tea:
Mixed bean chilli (2syn) with brown rice and more salad.
I even took some pictures
- just thought id share my mini muffins too.. took them to fat club wednesday night (1.5syns each) .. my sw group LOVED them, and even took them home with them.

I also made the oreo cheesecake off of Slimming eats, .. unfortunatly i couldnt get the base to stick, so i ended up mixing it all together instead of using 6 as a base and crumbleing two into the mixture.. so that makes it 15syns.. its chilling in the fridge and we'l see! fingers crossed itl be okay.
- i did also make the squidgy choc cake, but royally ****ed it up and chucked the whole lot away.
another thought... using quark to make a cheesecakey type thing, could you use the same mixture to make icecream in an ice-cream maker and have cheesecake icecream? x
