WELL!

I have not been able to get online as OH had the work laptop and was staying away last night.


Half a flipping pound :eek: Can you actually believe it!!!!??? half a pound.. could have pooed that out!!! was not very impressed. C said that food diary was 100% but that clearly it doesnt work as-well for me as EE does, and that atleast i got my head back in the right mindset- now after staying for class, i realise i have not 100% given my body a chance to catch up with the changes already, and although i put my heart and soul into this week, and so of course am dissapointed.. im just gunna keep chipping away at this last bit.. i was very upset, but im back on track..



so EE


Breakfast.
2 syn free warm spiced pancakes ( made as usual but with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon ) with strawberrys and grapes, and chopped banana and a mullerlight.


Dinner: 1 whole meal pitta HEB, cut in half a topped with passata, ham, pepperoni (1) and cheese HEA and a salad. Lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, onion and cucumber.


Tea:
Mixed bean chilli (2syn) with brown rice and more salad.

- just thought id share my mini muffins too.. took them to fat club wednesday night (1.5syns each) .. my sw group LOVED them, and even took them home with them. :)

I also made the oreo cheesecake off of Slimming eats, .. unfortunatly i couldnt get the base to stick, so i ended up mixing it all together instead of using 6 as a base and crumbleing two into the mixture.. so that makes it 15syns.. its chilling in the fridge and we'l see! fingers crossed itl be okay.


- i did also make the squidgy choc cake, but royally ****ed it up and chucked the whole lot away.



another thought... using quark to make a cheesecakey type thing, could you use the same mixture to make icecream in an ice-cream maker and have cheesecake icecream? x

Just an update,

despite looking a slightly suspicious colour and no base, my cheesecake is yum and after years of hating quark, i have learnt its actually quite yummy and for 2 syns each thanks to the 2 cookies i left out as i had so much to mix in due to no base, im chuffed!


its also convinced me to be a bit more adventerous and start making my own desserts and sw 'naughty' meals for my wi treat rather than a take away. x

D: Homemade syn free spag bowl

T: Syn free BBQ bacon cheese burgers with a massive salad and chips.



Saturday
B: Syn free pancakes with fruit salad.

Ryvita minis mid morn HEB

D: Pasta with Tuna, onions and peppers in passata with cheese HEA

T: Steak with jacket pot and salad.


Sunday
B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage 1/2 a syn, baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes

D: Homemade syn free spag bowl stuffed into a pitta HEB with melte cheese HEA

T: Roasty potatoes, chicken, cauliflower, brocolie, carrots and peas. with gravey (1)


Monday:
B: Fruit salad with 2 crushed alpen lights

D: New pots, ham and egg salad.

T: Mixed bean chilli with rice and vlf natural yog (2syns)


Tuesday
B: Fruit salad and 2 alpens HEB

D:pasta with Tuna, onions and peppers in herby passata topped with cheese HEA

T: Sausage with mash and baked beans.. 1syn



Wednesday WI day.
B: Fruit salad. 2 Alpens HEB
D: Mugshot and fruit

6:30 WI.


Iv made oreo cheesecake and cut it into 8 slices 15 syns for lot, so 2 syns per slice, and iv got jelly too that im gunna make up also for moments i really fancy somthing

might look into an icecream maker also? x

Dessert: Oreo cheesecake (2syns) - AMAZINGGGGGGG with squirty cream (0.5syns) .. followed by a pear and a plum. x

Breakfast: 2 'synfree' pancakes, but i did add half a cap full of almond essence, which as i cant find the syn value for im counting as half a syn, it was yum though. Strawberrys and grapes and a banana.



Mid morn: Ryvita minis HEB


Dinner: Pasta topped with Passata, garlic, herbs, tuna, onions and peppers and cheese HEA


Mid afternoon: Grapes, shape fat free yoghurt, carrot sticks, and a pear

tea: Griddled steak, jacket pot with spread (1) peppers, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, griddled mushrooms. and syn free bbq sauce.

Dessert, Oreo cheesecake (OMG cant get enough of this stuff, its so lush) 2 syns and a squirt of squirty cream! 0.5 syns..

4 syns for the day. Yummy yummy yummy.

LOL i could try! - i am so nervous.
WI at 6:30, i really want some weight off but i honestly dont feel any different, if anything i feel heavier?? we'l see. x
 
Hey all. Only another half a lb off again this week. But its okay.. i know it'l be slow. . and i didnt do any exercise, so im pleased. Its made me realise though my losses are no better for my vlow syn/0 syn weeks, so im going to go back to having 5 syns a day, because i enjoy them and i thought i couldnt have them but i can.


I fell down the stairs tues eve but didnt think much of it, it hurt etc but i was in agony, anywho, i drove to work wed, went about my day, ran after the kids all day, picking up and moving heavey equip.. and by 10pm last night i was in a&e, the pain was unbearable and i couldnt stand to put any weight on. Turns out iv got a sooper bad sprain, but luckily havnt caused loads of damage to it and no breakages etc. but i cant drive now or go running or swimming, which ******* my exercise plans for this week! great lol.


anywho, i had 'kfc' chicken last night and a few other goodies and im pleased. so back on track again today..



breaky was 3 syn free pancakes.. but im counting 0.5syns for them as i added half a cap full of almond essence (i love it) .. i had it with chopped banana, strawbs, and grapes. YUM.

Dinner will be mixed bean chilli and rice with vlf natural yoghurt and poss cheese HEA, and a bag of ryvita minis.


tea will be syn free spag bowl :) yummy!

T: Chilli Cheese enchiladas with salad, and sw chips ( 4 syn per tortilla - 2 each, 2 syns for chilli con carni) 10 syns and HEA followed by a cadburys highlights mousse 3 syns and strawbs.

Hey, Just wondering how do you make syn free pancakes? and are they quiet eggy? xx


Seperate eggs.

Add tonnes of sweetener to egg whites and whisk to soft peak.
Add vanilla extract ( i added almond out of mistake but its LUSH) to yolks and then fold into egg white..

spoon mixture into frying pan and spread, leave alone untill able to get a flippy thing underneath and turn, keep heat low, burns easily, but breaks easily too if touched too soon..

when done whip out the pan, sweeten again and cover whilst you do the rest.. they loose heat stupid fast so i tend to reheat them in micro if im having them as 'pancakes' but with the almond essence i quite like them when they'r cool because i finely chop my fruit and roll them up and have like various fruit wraps. Its yum and filling.


squirty cream is yum with it too.. even if its for breaky haha x
 
LMFAO.. wish my OH was like that. hes so damn picky. Saying that though it saves money, i eat all our fresh veg and fruit and he eats the cheap crap. LOL good luck! they are yum.. proberly more appreicated by the sw community though, they'r just basically sweet pancakes but i recon the almond essence almost made them more dessert like. x
 
Saturday
B: 2 alpen lights before going for a run.
After my run i had 1 apple, 1 plum and 1 banana chopped up with 1 shape yogurt.

D: Pasta, cucumber, onion, sweetcorn, red pepper, tomatoes, tuna and 1 tsp of light mayo and 1 hard boiled egg, 0.5 syns. and and orange.

T: Mash pot (0.5syn) baked beans, peas, brocolie, carrot and califlower, cheese HEA
followed by a jelly sundae.. jelly with grapes set in, layered with chopped strawberrys, half a shape yog and squirty cream (1.5syns)



2.5 syns today. xx

7lbs to go to new target.


iv researched all my meals this week and am eating as much superfree as poss rather than 'free'

heres my new revised eating plan. All superfree foods will be in red, HE's in blue, free food in black and purple for pre-planned syns.

Thursday:
Breakfast- strawberrys, kiwi, apple, 1mullerlight sprinkled with nutmeg.

Dinner: chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber with carrot sticks in 3 slices of ww brown danish and 1 tsp of light mayo 1syn.

Tea: Quorn bolognese on pasta with 28g of cheese


Friday
Breakfast; Porridge & Milk, Strawberrys, rasberrys, blueberrys, sweetener & Honey (1syn)

Dinner: Pasta,Tuna, Red pepper, spring onion, cucumber, tomatoes Mayo (1syn)

Tea: Chinese five spice chicken stirfry


Saturday
Breakfast: 'Syn free blueberry (1syn) and vanilla' Plum, rasberrys, strawberrys and pear

Dinner: Chilli con carni & rice and vlf yoghurt, 28g of cheese lettuce, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes

Tea: 'Kfc chicken' chips & Salad

Dessert: Strawberry Trifle 2syns
