2 eggs, Bakedbeans, 3 bacon

chopped watermelon and orange, followed by 2 ww dessert yogs.

then i had a wholemeal pitta, spread lightly with light mayo 0.5 syn, stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes and more bacon! dipped in ketchup 1 syn.

then shepards pie with x mince, baked beans beef oxo, onions, carrots, peas topped with cheesey mash with gravey 1 syn. so 2.5 syns today :)

Hmm.. todays not gone to well.. went to see avatar today (crap) and ended up munching on a few pic a mix's and a 100g tub of haagen dazs.. so iv had 21 syns today. Iv only had about 50 all week and i weigh in on wednesday. Done some walking but as its star week im a bit icky and down!!!

Todays not been great either. Done my food shop this week in an attempt to stop myself using the excuse that i have nothing in the house to pig out all day before wi.


I WILL be 9stone 8.5lbs damn it!

1/2 a lb down at fat club this eve, would have been dead chuffed with 1lb but i know i didnt deserve it! so on to another week.. i am back on track 100% from now on!! 9lbs to go!!! x

cooked breaky, 2bacon, 1 mushroom, 1 egg, and 1 sliced new potatoe with baked beans.

Mid morn i had 2 alpen lights HEB and a frozen yoghurt :)

i then had lots of grapes, an orange and some pudding rice after my big walk this afternoon,

and for tea i had homemade meatballs, in passata, seasoned and with onions and peppers on spaghetti and topped with chese HEA

snacks: 1 pear, 2 plums, a mug shot.

lunch: pasta, 1 orange, 1 banana, 1 pear

tea: Roast potatoes, chicken in bacon, brocolie, carrots, peas, califlour and some bisto gravey (1 syn)

hot chocolate (2syns) with 250 ml skimmed milk.

okay, yesterdays eating was OK untill the evening..


breaky was 1 pitta HEB, egg, mushroom, baked beans, bacon, fruit and a yoghurt


dinner was chicken, salad and a jacket p.


tea, i made sw chips, and a homemade pizza as others were having dominoes (around 20 syns for mine) so still a fair bit but then i went on to eat 3 slices of pizza and some chocolate. gutted!!


back on it today,


1 pitta, tomatoes, baked beans, 2 eggs, bacon and some mushrooms with a yoghurt and a plum for breaky..


dinner is a roast dinner, and will only have one syn for gravey..

doubt i'l have tea, but if i do i'l have pasta and roast veg with cheese HEA..

1pear, 1orange, 1 ff yoghurt and a big glass of water for breaky

dinner was a jacketp, with chilli, cheese, lots of lettuce, cucumber, carrot and toms.. with some doritoes, im gunna count 6 for those..

i managed to resist the donut bought for afters, but gave in and licked the icing? another 5? and 2 syns for the chilli.. ( so much for 0syns! lol)


and for tea i had left over chilli, brown rice and vlf natural yoghurt.


p.s dont watch princess and the frog, it sucks ass!

How are you getting on in your new house? It must be nice having your own space now and being able to cook your own food in your very own kitchen!! How you getting on with your new target? I finally managed to hit mine but then spent two week eating crap because i kept thinking im at target its fine, then went on hols for a week the result half a stone on!!! Not good so back on it trying to gain motivation and inspiration from all the wonderful diaries on here!!
 
house is finally feeling like home :) thank god! was feeling a bit unsettled for a while..

i reset target at 5 stone instead (9stone 8.5lbs) but i was aiming for 1lb per week, and as i knew it was easy acheivable, iv been half assed and as a result but back on one lb, meaning i did a whole half a pound in 3 weeks, which is pitiful.

chucking it out all my crap today and those running trainers will see daylight more than once a week i tell thee.. im going for it!

congrats at getting at target, youl be back there in no time, it takes a while to ajust and work out how to stay there! lol....


i WILL be 9 stone 8.5lbs in 8 weeks time damn it!
 
Okay, im back and iv found my mojo, weigh in tomo eve, but will be re-starting on thurs with a red week.. fingers x'd i find it ok! xox

RED DAY NO.1


1 sliced banana, chopped grapes, vlf natural yoghurt with sweetner, and 2 crushed alpens HEB

dinner sweet chilli chicken with a massive salad and a bag of ryvita mini's HEB

tea is steak and a mixed leaf salad with cheesy roasted peppers and bacon. HEA

Jelly 1/2 syn. with frozen fruits.

chopped banana, sliced grapes, and pear, 2 crushed apple and sultana alpen lights HEB no.1 and topped with less than half a syns worth of jelly.


dinner was a salad, lettuce cucumber, toms, onion and red pepper, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 thick slices of ham and one warm asda wholemeal pitta cut up into peiced HEB no.2


tea was cauliflower, brocolie and bacon baked in vlf natural yoghurt, 1 egg, mustard powder, seasoned and 42 g of mozzerela HEA no.1 and 28g of chedder HEA no.2 with carrots, suger snap peas and gravey (1)

then i had chopped plum and grapes topped with shape fat free strawb yoghurt, and squirty cream 1/2 a syn

what does every one think so far? im so chuffed with myself, i really feel im reaping the benifits of thorough forward planning, and whats most suprising, im not hungry, at all.. which i was certain would happen with lack of pots, pasta etc.. however, im slightly concerned that im finding it so easy, i must be doing somthing wrong? please flag up anything you see ? :confused:

Yesterday went very well.. i survived!

breakfast
Massive fruit salad

dinner, 2 large chicken breasts in bbq sauce (1 syn) 28g of cheese HEA and crispy bacon with lettuce, onion, toms and cucumber with 1 bag of ryvita minis HEB

tea
1chicken breast marinaded and then cooked in 2 tablespoons of pataks t.masala paste (2syns) with 1 wholemeal pitta HEB and 1tablespoon of mango chuctney (2) and a fresh onion salad followed by 2 chopped bananas with sweetner, squirty cream (0.5 syns) and a pinch of hot choc to give a choc taste :)



syns -5.5 :) Mission avoid takeaway went well :D lol



today iv had a pear and grapes chopped up with a shape strawberry yoghurt for breakfast


for dinner im having a hard boiled egg salad with ryvita minis topped with philly and ham, and a salad..


and for tea im having chicken wrapped in bacon with tonnes of veg and gravey (1 syn)

It was scrummy, IF im doing red right, then im actually really enjoying it. and i feel so much better and motivated. Im back on track..



todays breaky

2 alpen lights HEB.. - I then drove 25 mins to go for my sunday swim at 8am this morn to see the pool was closed so i raced back and chucked on the running gear.


i came back and had chopped pears and grapes with a shape strawberry yoghurt,

I then went to my mums and has a bag of ryvita mini's HEB topped with 14g of philidelphia light for 1 syn. I had origanlly planned to use it as my HEA, but then i was astonished to find its not a Healthy extra at all on a red day, so synned it. I had it with 1 thick slice of ham, some chicken and then with lettuce, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and spring onions. and 2 hard boiled eggs.

tea will be chicken, with cauliflower and brocolie baked in 1 egg, i split one of my HEA's into 100mls milk and 18g of chedder and 28g of chedder. and loads carrots and some gravey (1)

followed by 2 pears and some frozen forest fruits.

and i did eat a teeny tiny bit of one of my cakes.. 2syns. xx

dinner was LUSH .. 1 wholemeal pitta stuffed with spag bowl with mixed in cheese that had all melted.. YUM. HEA + HEB + 1 syn



Tea, salad, gammon and egg - hot choc with cream (3 syns)

Hi chick just thought i would pop in and say good luck for wi tonight! Im sure you will do really well. looks like you have had a good week and some of your meals look really lush maybe knocking a few of those up next week!!
